- The HUB Houston, a 501(c)(3) organization, was established and incorporated in July, 2015, in response to the need and demand of several families wanting to guarantee their child receives the very best support for their individual needs. This support is delivered through a strong mentorship program; development, cultivation and understanding of personal relationships; academic competence; and community building. The HUB mentors work closely with each constituent and their families to ensure an individualized growth trajectory appropriate for them.Our staff works with each Member to develop their own Journey of Belonging plan to commit to practicing growth in the areas of competence, independence, care, and membership.
