School Notes
- At RCC we understand it`s not just about selecting any child care center for your child. It`s about finding a home away from home, walking into a warm, nurturing environment, and providing your child with the opportunity to learn through innovative techniques while encouraging their individual creativity. At RCC, hugs and kisses are plentiful, constant growth and learning is unlimited.
- Our curricula, which follow National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards, include a blend of teacher- and child-directed activities with an emphasis on choice. The day provides a balance between quiet and active periods, from story time, to craft time, to enjoying our outdoor playgrounds. Our open classroom environment offers your child an opportunity to work and play with all children, in small groups and individually, encouraging them to explore, invent, and expand their horizons.
- All of our programs depend strongly upon parents and teachers working together to meet each child`s individual needs. Communication with parents is critical and is conducted through daily reports, weekly and monthly newsletters, in-room bulletin boards, and parent/teacher conferences.
- RCC provides children with breakfast, lunch, and snacks; all of our food is made by our kitchen staff on site.

My son has thrived here! He started a year and a half ago and has enjoyed every day there. He has become independent, a critical thinker, social and polite. RCC goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the individual child. I love that their curriculum enforces age-appropriate skills while keeping it fun for the children. Best of all? I trust RCC. I know my child is safe and loved while with them.

We've only been at RCC with our infant for a few months, but have ZERO complaints thus far. The teachers are very responsive and communicate well and often. Pick up and drop off are easy. There is a great community culture because parents are involved in the upkeep of the facilities. You can tell RCC treats its teachers well because they've been there for years and are always pleasant in our interactions.

RCC is the best preschool I went there as a little girl and had the time of my life, the staff is amazing and the school varies well-rounded.
