As a parent, I am incredibly grateful for the nurturing and innovative environment at Ideaventions. The teachers and staff are exceptionally dedicated, fostering not only academic excellence but also my child's personal and emotional growth. My child has thrived both in and out of the classroom, developing a love for learning and strong social connections. The school community is warm and inclusive, making us feel like a part of a big family.

Our son is a rising Junior at Ideaventions (entering his 4th yr) and this school is simply perfect. It was founded by a brilliant couple who met at TJ and bring the best of TJ in a nurturing and personalized/tailored environment. It's tailored to top-tier STEM students, and not the norm. Our son is challenged and his confidence has skyrocketed since coming to Ideaventions. The HS kids' team dynamics are great, from building drones (winning national competitions) to working a plethora of internships (at ages 15/16 - our son at 16 is now in his 3rd!) available. Additionally, kids have direct access to teachers and are targeted by the top colleges in the country. College counseling is proactive, very knowledgeable and top-notch. Teachers are passionate, caring and connected. The school is small and offers a family-like supportive atmosphere/culture and offers many extracurriculars, from sports to clubs and the arts. Students form lifelong relationships and will be impactful!

We are Ideaventions parents and our child was in the first class of 2nd/3rd graders this past year. We were so impressed with the opportunities that the students were given. The school does an incredible job following their values of curiosity and kindness, and gives the students a well balanced and thought out general and STEM education. The students also have daily exercise multiple times a day between the daily nature walks and recess and after school time. All of the kids in mixed ages spend a nice amount of time together, and watching the dynamic of all of the grades together is incredible and so rare. This school is an absolute gem and produces not only a well rounded and balanced program, but has also won a number of awards in the private school space. The founders and teachers go above and beyond every day to enrich the learning experience and the daily clubs and opportunities that the children get are fantastic. Our child is happy to go to school every day!

We looked at all of the gifted schools in the area, and even some outside of the state, but we stopped looking when we found Ideaventions. We found a nurturing, kind school that doesn't limit our children's curiosity and love for learning. On the contrary--they encourage it. Don't let the name "Math & Science" lead you to believe that's all they do. We've enjoyed their four theatre productions this year, and our children have thrived in the improv, creative writing, and photography classes. Thanks for all you do, Ideaventions!

Ideaventions Academy is the heart of learning. It is a place where at lunch students are still discussing lessons from the hands-on lesson they did in science class, where students in upper grades get students in lower grades excited about engineering projects in years to come, where STEM kids, humanities kids, theater kids, artists and student-athletes all find a home, and where teachers happily get out their notes from their own PhD programs when planning curriculum. It is also a place that prioritizes the mental health of students. I have enjoyed working at Ideaventions because of the collaborative and supportive environment. I have loved working at Ideaventions because of the passionate and kind administration, teachers, students, and families. We are curious lifelong learners. It is a special place, indeed.

Working at Ideaventions Academy has been a true pleasure. The professionalism of every teacher, combined with their genuine commitment to their students' success, sets this institution apart. It's more than just a school; it's a tight-knit family where students and staff alike look out for one another, forging lifelong friendships. It's an honor to be part of such a remarkable community where education and personal connections converge to create an exceptional environment.

If I could have created a school from scratch that was the best fit for my kids, I would have created Ideaventions: engineering, creative writing, and daily walks in the woods! I finally found a school in the area that could keep up with my kiddos, stretch them without breaking them, and let their passion for learning shine through. The other students are kind and equally motivated by their own love of learning. We've been here four years and will be here through graduation. It's been a pleasure watching the kids learn--and enjoy the process.
