- Are you completely satisfied with your current childcare situation? Is your child being challenged to meet his/her full potential in a structured butwarm and nurturing classroom environment? Does your child ask if today is a school day? Kiddie Academy parents say yes!Our infant and toddlers spend the day with warm, mature caregivers who understand the developmental stages of young children. They encourage each child's individual growth while providing parents with guidance as they work to achieve important milestones. The children learn communication with sign language reducing frustration levels while their verbal skills emerge. Our terrific twos enjoy a balance of nurturing and fun while exploring educational concepts. Large group instruction is introduced in playful ways that allow the children to learn to communicate, cooperate and share. Alphabet, color and shape recognition as well as calendar concepts are mastered during this year...and let's not forget about potty training. Our preschool and pre-kindergarten students are lead by a bachelor- or master-degreed teacher who has all of the tools needed to deliver the highest level of learning. Children sing songs about the sounds letters make, strengthen their fine-motor muscles to allow for neat handwriting, explore math concepts in everyday applications, participate in science experiments and discovery, and so much more. Every child receives small group computer instruction on a weekly basis.
- Our School Age students enjoy before and after care inclusive of delayed openings and early releases. An afternoon snack is provided each day. Daily homework help is also available. Care is offered on the many days school is closed.
