The Greater Lansing Islamic School is a private elementary/middle school in East Lansing, Michigan.
Our mission is to offer an excellent comprehensive elementary education that will enable students to be competitive.
The school also promotes the cultural, spiritual and intellectual heritage of Islam.
One of our goals is to develop the self-disciplinary skills that will enable students to be life-long learners, contributors to the betterment of human culture, and vice-gerents on earth.
There have been many changes and improvements during the ten years since the school was founded. The move to the new school building, three years ago, was a milestone in our unending pursuit to improve the environment in which our children are educated.
