My child struggled with school based trauma, health issues, and sensory challenges which amped her anxiety up enough that school became a massive stressor in our lives. We found Bolder Pathway after many attempts at different schooling options (home school, charter schools, etc) didn`t work. My child is finally able to feel safe and supported enough to learn...and in the areas she excels in, she is able to do higher grade work because each kid is on their own learning plan. This place has been a lifesaver and truly the only thing that has reminded my child that learning actually can be fun. Our experience with BVSD left us feeling defeated and incapable, which is ridiculous because our child is incredible and smart. It`s so nice to have our family stress feel so relieved by finding this school. They are helping her become her best self. She does miss having more girls around her though, so hopefully a few more enroll!

We have been blessed by this innovative school and our son is finally happy to go to school each day and thriving. The individual approach to education and caring teachers are exactly what our son needed to believe in his abilities and reach his potential. Bolder Pathways has given us hope for a successful future for our son and we are so grateful to everyone here.

My son has been attending Bolder Pathway School since the 6th grade when we took him out of Aspen Creek because Boulder Valley Schools were not living up to their commitments and IEP and it was my son who was paying the price emotionally and academically. Boulder Pathway has provided a individual approach to his education which has changed with his changing needs, growth, and development. They have also fostered his emotional growth and development. I have found the staff and owners to be dedicated educators who are committed to their mission and the development of their students, sometimes at great personal cost. The student teacher ratio is extremely low. Advancement is based on subject mastery and not a time line or "grade level" This has allowed my son to advance in areas where is his strong and has aptitude and get additional assistance and immersion in areas that challenge him, until he can progress. One thing I had not anticipated when we first started with Bolder Pathway was how strong their art curriculum is and what an impact it has on my son and how integrated it is within the rest of school and the immense value it brings. I can not state strongly enough what a great environment this has been for my son and how I believe that Bolder Pathway has been instrumental in growth, development, and education of my son.
