Children's Academy has been transformational for our child. There is a significant focus on speech and language based disabilities, a small classroom setting, dedicated teachers and a multi-sensory approach to learning - all within a warm, supportive and engaging environment. This is the #1 school in NYC for children who require support for speech and language.

Children's Academy transforms both students and their families. Many students come to CA feeling less than or different. Administration and staff see each child as an individual capable of immense potential; both academically and linguistically. Under this school's compassionate model and supportive therapies, children begin to love learning and connecting with their peers! It is an amazing place.

My son's experience at Children's Academy has been amazing. He is a smart kid with complex language based learning disabilities and ADHD. He was unable to recognize numbers and letters until he came to CA for third grade. He can now do a page of math homework independently. His confidence has increased greatly and he is making steady academic progress. The service-rich environment is individualized for each child's needs. There is strong communication among parents, teachers and specialists. CA has made it possible to envision a successful future for my son.
