We transferred our daughter to St. Anthony of Padua after experiencing racial incidents, lack of an academic challenge, and engagement at another private school in the area. Four months in, it is clear our decision to transfer our daughter was the right one for our family. St. Anthony is the most diverse school in the diocese, and the principal is extremely accommodating and welcoming. She arranged a tour the same day we called about the school, set up a shadow day, and welcomed us to the school as a new transfer with my daughter starting at the school the following trimester. She understood our need to find a school where our daughter felt accepted and could be engaged both academically and socially. Our daughter is happy, likes her teachers, feels engaged in class, and has made some great friends, which is huge when transitioning to a new school. The school has wonderful events and after-school activities that contribute to the warm community, and family-like vibe at the school. The staff, students, and families have made the transition to middle school a nurturing and welcoming experience for our daughter. We look forward to the next two years at St. Anthony with our daughter and transitioning our younger son to St. Anthony for middle school. We feel blessed to have found St. Anthony for our children.

Having transferred from a public school, our daughter has learned so much more at St Anthony's, especially in social studies, science, and computing. The teachers are helpful and attentive. The principal, who recently came on board, seeks to improve the school's learning facilities/resources. We feel the school is headed in the right direction.

My son is currently in kindergarten and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the academic program. His class size is relatively small and he gets a lot of personal attention that I don't think he would be getting at our local public school. He loves the music, art, Spanish and computer classes. As a six year old I think his favorite part of the school is the large playground and the gym for PE!
