Saint Pat's has been a wonderful experience since day one. Everyone I have come in contact with is so welcoming! My daughter is just finishing her fourth year at Saint Pat's and I couldn't be more proud of the wonderful young lady she is becoming. She continues to advance so much in her education skillset. I am so impressed with how much she has learned. She loves her school, classmates, and teachers. We are so excited to be adding a new member to the Saint Pat's community next year. Thank you all for your handwork and dedication to the students.

During the COVID pandemic, I wasn't impressed with what public schools were offering my children. My 1st grader lacked structure, didn't know how to read, and was having behavioral struggles. In the spring, we decided to take a tour of Saint Pats to meet the staff, see the school and learn more about the benefits of Catholic education. Kathy was amazing and very informative. She gave our family the information to make an informed decision to make the transition to private school. My child started at Saint Pat's in 2021 for second grade, he didn't know how to read and he wasn't in a social classroom setting for almost 2 years. His teacher along with other facilitators in the school focused on helping him learn how to read and providing support. We will now be a forever Saint Pat's family & I believe in the value of private school for our family.

Fantastic school! Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I would have given Saint Patrick Catholic School a "5-star" review, but now I find myself knowing that this school is beyond what those stars can express. My husband and I toured several other private schools in the Tacoma area when our oldest was ready for kindergarten. As soon as we walked through the doors of Saint Pat's we knew that this is where we wanted to send our children. A beautiful, kind and accepting community is what you will find at this school where everyone is welcome. We are 10 months into dealing with COVID-19, and I can honestly say that this school has handled it exceptionally. When the schools were closed in March, the teachers and staff DID.NOT.MISS.A.BEAT! Teachers worked hard to create engaging virtual classrooms and material so that students were learning. For the 2020-21 school year and they welcomed students into the classrooms in smaller numbers, hiring new staff and carving out more classroom space to ensure the safety of everyone. Staff and teachers genuinely care about students, their families, and each other - beyond the typical academic needs and taking into account the needs of the whole person. My children have THRIVED here, even in the midst of the pandemic they are learning and growing. We love this school, and I know you will too.

The St. Pats community is a family. The administrators and teachers truly care for their students and work hard to foster the minds, bodies, and spirits of the children. They have high expectations for students academically, but also behaviorally, which prepares students for the next chapters in their lives. I love St. Pats! It has been a blessing to be a part of this community! Go Shamrocks!

St. Patrick School is exceptional! A dynamic, accredited learning environment supported by professional, knowledgeable and flexible staff and faculty. A caring contingency of engaged parents and community partners. An unapologetic Catholic identity that welcomes all, loves all, serves all. The first and only school for our beautiful, bi-racial, ecumenical children. St. Pats is the gold standard of elementary education! The building is closed, but learning is on! Smooth transition from classroom learning to online school. Motivated and innovative faculty rerouted curriculum immediately through the building closure of 2020. Students, ages 3 (Preschool) - 8th grade are thriving in the online classroom community. So blessed to have our kids attend this school! All are welcome!

GREAT GREAT GREAT SCHOOL. Sending my kids to Saint Patrick has been the best decision my wife and I could make for their education. There is a commitment at St. Pat's to the kids, their future that resonates from the Staff, Teachers, Parent community and the Parish that you just don't feel anywhere else. The Recruiting and hiring of Chris Gavin as Principal a well respected Principal from Bellermine. The Constant improvement in technology. Adding Ipads and Chromebooks for student use. The Active Parent Community that sponsors fun family type events and even some needed parent only events through out the year. most of all the Teachers... The small class size is one reason but the real reason is the TEACHERS .. they really care about your childs development and not just test scores. You would be challenged to find the level of commitment other schools at EVERY grade level. Again best decision we made for our kids and now that school is out they are already talking about fall reinforces the decision we made was the right one.

St. Patrick School is virtual "diamond in the rough" in Tacoma. There is no stronger private school in Pierce County when it comes to education which includes only the highest caliber of teachers as well as parental support. If you are looking for a place where your child will receive a well-rounded, faith-filled (but not over the top) education in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington, you will find no better school than St. Pat's!
