We found St. Andrew's as a preschool for our youngest after a move from out of state. After a rough transition with the move, a new school, and then the COVID shutdown, we switched our oldest to St. Andrew's as well. Now in their 3rd and 4th years at St Andrew's, both of our children are thriving. They finally say they love their school. We appreciate the small classes and one-on-one attention. The garden program is amazing for opportunities kids rarely get anymore. We are very happy to have a great school that is focused on the whole child from the classroom to the chapel.

This is our son`s first year at St. Andrew`s in Pre-K and we could not be happier for him! A year ago, we enrolled our son in a well-known, private school in Annapolis. The pedagogy there quickly derailed when they unilaterally adopted a curriculum that did not reflect our values. Needless to say, it was not what we were expecting. As a Christian school, St. Andrew`s aligns with our values and teaches the same. Our son is currently enrolled in pre-k and is learning to focus, and how to be confident but also considerate of others. He is excited to attend each day and loves his new friends and all of his teachers. They even incorporate chapel once a week and parents can attend. An enormous thank you is owed to Jeff Southworth, the Director of Advancement & Admissions! So as not to make the same misstep of the previous school, we asked the Director respectfully, but frankly, about the materials and subjects being taught, including the other grade levels. Relating to our previous experience, the Director understood and acknowledged our apprehension. He was articulate in assuaging our concerns and for that we are grateful. I am optimistic that this model will hold for the remainder of the time our son attends St. Andrew`s and in the future. Thank you, St. Andrew`s!!

We are now in the fifth year of our children attending St. Andrews and have consistently found it to be a wonderful school! It`s a warm, welcoming community with a responsive, dedicated team of teachers and administrators. We appreciate St. Andrews` appreciation and flexibility for individual differences and their emphasis on the whole child, not just teaching academics. We are grateful for the partnership we feel with St. Andrew`s towards ensuring our children`s well-being and success.

Small class sizes + excellent teachers + involved parents = great school. Wonderful campus with lots of outdoor space. After-school offerings are great and the middle school sports program is great and easy for parents.

Our child had been at the school for a couple of years. The environment created for students is welcoming, nurturing, and encouraging both academically and socially. It is a whole-child educational experience that we are so glad to have for her. Differing abilities, both extra enrichment and extra assistance, are supported. Time outside, be it in the growing garden, animal care (chickens and goats), recess, and physical ed classes, is maximized. Positive relationships between different grade levels are also fostered. After-school activities offered are wide-ranging from sports teams for the middle school, to 'fun' clubs' for all age ranges, and music groups for 3rd - 8th grades. The school makes a significant effort to have all staff be accessible to parents for questions and concerns.

This is our third year at St Andrew's and it has been an amazing experience. I love the small classroom size and the amenities the school has to offer. The administration did a great job during Covid by trying to make it as normal for the children as possible. They found ways to have activities for the students when attending field trips was not an option. The staff is amazing and my son loves all his teachers and has built a great relationship with them all.

We are so happy we found such a wonderful academic home for our son! He loves school, he loves his teachers, and he loves after-school clubs and programs! What more could a parent ask for? The school is affiliated with the Methodist church but is not religion heavy. The kids do have religion classes where general Christian values are taught. The garden class and the barn are such amazing alternative styles of learning. The campus offers so much for growth and development. We highly recommend Saint Andrew's to anyone looking for small class sizes, teachers who go out of their way, admin staff who help you and your family through the process, and a comfortable place to call home for your child's academic career!

Saint Andrew's has been an amazing school for my children (ages 7 and 11) since preschool. The faculty and staff are nurturing in a supportive environment. The school is unparalleled in balancing challenging academics and helping children develop exceptional social skills. The school is a very special environment and I am thankful every day they go there.

This is our first experience for our daughter in the Pre-K setting and we could not be happier with the school, staff, and learning environment. Beginning our daughter in an educational, classroom setting was the best decision for our family and especially our daughter. In a couple of short weeks into the school year, our daughter has already learned so much and her excitement and eagerness to learn are evident. We love our experience at St. Andrews and we look forward to the years to come!

We have been with Saint Andrews for 3 years now and have been extremely happy here. We love the small classes, the after-school programs, and all of the extra things Saint Andrew's does to make the school more personable. Planning to send our 3-year-old to Pre-K there next year as well!

We first started our child in the Prek 3s room and it was the best decision (he is in 2nd grade now). Each year just keeps getting better and the collaboration among the various departments is evident in the success of my child. The diversity in the classes (garden, tech, art, Spanish) has offered my child the opportunity to explore areas he couldn`t in a larger public school. Each grade has a job with the garden and animals (chickens and goats) and these lessons are then incorporated into other classes such as math. The staff and administration are intentional to know each child and family, making this a true school community family.

Saint Andrew's has been a wonderful school for my children for the past nine years. The teachers are dedicated and warm, and the parent community is kind and supportive. The integrated academic program and character development education have prepared my children to succeed in any area high school of their choice.

I love this school. As a student , having a good environment and good teachers is important. This school brings all of that. They've been so good during COVID 19. The teachers and staff do the absolute best for the students and try to make the students as happy as they can. The staff do a great job of keeping on top of the covid rules and safety of the students. I 100% recommend this school to parents looking for a great school with amazing education for kids .

I absolutely adore this school! The teachers are fun, the curriculum is fun. They even have a garden and animals for students to take care of. The vegetables from the garden are then given to the food pantry! Couldn`t get any better than this!

The middle school has been amazing during COVID-19. The teachers are responsive to my kid and the online classrooms were organized and ready to go Monday after spring break. The workload keeps her busy throughout a normal school day and out of my hair while I work from home. I have one child in public school who's barely given enough work to last past Monday morning. Teachers make video lessons, hold weekly virtual classes, and keep in touch with parents. I'm definitely impressed.
