The mission of Penn Christian Academy is to partner with the home and church in providing an excellent biblically integrated educational experience that meets the development needs of the whole child. At Penn Christian Academy, our students learn strategic leadership skills beginning in kindergarten. They develop rigorous scholarship habits that will propel their academic career and most importantly, enable them to perceive their world from a Christian perspective, living out the values affirmed in their families and in their churches. The partnership that is developed with our parents and our local pastors help us to accomplish our vision. Our understanding of child development causes us to provide an engaging, multisensory learning experience where all students reach their full potential.

This school, the faculty, and the staff are the best around, bar none! The curriculum itself is amazing, and stands heads and shoulders above the rest without question. STEAM opportunities are given in curriculum AND activity periods. In addition, the teachers and staff truly love these children like their own. There is no doubt that everything they do stems from God, His example, and His word. There's a palpable difference in the school, and it can be felt the second you walk through the doors. Chapel is every Friday and you are blessed just by attending. There is simply no other school like this one in the surrounding area, and is unmatched in everything they stand for, and everything they do with and for these kids. Children are taught at whatever level is best for them. If your child struggles, these teachers, the support staff, the special education program - whatever it is they need - are HERE. Dyslexia and every other learning disability is addressed and dealt with at the highest level and children thrive. Gifted children are challenged and excel. 6th graders are taught Leadership and are mentors for Kindergartners. If you want your child to learn everything they can academically, be taught the "why" behind what they are told, be taught about Jesus and be expected to follow His example, all while obtaining a Christian lens and worldview, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

Penn Christian Academy truly is the best private school I have come into contact with! There are so many programs for all children whether they are an honor student or an average student. The kids are loved and the environment is like no other school I have been to. There are athletic programs and music and arts programs that are enriching to the student. The global learning lab teaches different languages and they have a beautiful new Science Lab. The newest activities are the Kids of Steel Program which the kids can take part in the Toyota Marathon in Pittsburgh and one of my favorites, the Mad Science program from Chem Lab Works in Pittsburgh who come to the school and offer an after school program. The tuition is a bit pricey but you cannot put a price on a child's education and you get what you pay for! Highly Recommend!

caring, amazing, kind hearted, just a few words about the teachers. I had been a dedicated homeschooling parent until I found penn christian. Having my three children there after 4 years I am so grateful. What a life changing environment. My children actually are sad at the end of each year as they love the school ,teachers ,staff and students so much. Only wish they had higher grades, we have been blessed to raise our kids in this environment!!
