Joyful Noise, Inc. Child Development Center is a private, non-profit agency which was incorporated in 1978 and is located in West Warwick, Rhode Island.

Child Outreach (3 and 4 year olds) This is a general screening of visual, auditory, physical and language development.
West Warwick child Outreach (for residents of West Warwick only) and Coventry Child Outreach (for residents of Coventry only) both do on-site screening at Joyful Noise, Inc.
All other Child Outreach programs require parents to schedule individual screening sessions for their children.
