We sent our son to the summer camp. It FAR exceeded our expectations. The environment was structured to make my son successful. From a military aspect, it had him squared away, dressed for respect, and focused on being on time, accountable, and disciplined. The academic setting was small and he received individualized attention. He rose to his potential that I had not seen him do before. He excelled in academics that were rigorous and subject-orientated. His leadership class also incorporated service which again exceeded my expectations. The athletic camp he attended was football. It was strong and focused on skills, development, and strength. He loved that. There were plenty of other activities to keep him busy. The best part was no cell phones!!! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to their craft. The summer experience for our son has made a lifelong impression on my son. I cannot thank Hargrave enough!

I`m very pleased with the moral code, faith, and academic standards that Hargrave holds. It was a hard call for me and my husband to make for our son, yet this was his first year and he is going back for his second year as we are blown away by it. Our son is doing amazing at Hargrave, he feels more confident and capable than ever. I`m grateful for the great work Hargrave is doing in the life of our son. Blessings!

Great school! Best decision we ever made for our kids. The faculty and leaders there are exceptional. It is obvious that they truly care about the cadets. Our sons are both thriving academically, they are active, playing sports, and have made good friends. They focus on setting these young men up for success in life by growing their self-confidence and developing their character. We went to an open house and were so impressed by what they have to offer, and know that our sons are both there we are so glad we did.
