We highly recommend Carolina Prep! Our daughter attended two different daycares prior to attending Carolina Prep and within her first week at this wonderful school, we could already notice the difference. As working parents, our main concern was that our daughter receive the attention and care that she needs. It was also important for us that she spent her day in a fun and nurturing environment. We couldn't have asked for a better school, Carolina Prep has offered this and so much more! We get daily detailed reports on how her day was and sometimes even get pictures to capture those special moments from her day. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I know her teacher will respond in a prompt manner. Our toddler is happy to go to school every morning and that, to us, confirms that this has been the best choice for her. We love Carolina Prep!!!

I LOVE THIS SCHOOL!!! I have been with Carolina Prep since its inception. I have a first grader and a third grader. This school has everything that I could hope for in a school. The teachers are remarkable and give wonderful attention and care. The academics cannot be beat. They have art and music as well as a very good PE teacher who teaches not only sports, but proper lifestyle and eating habits. I have compared all of the schools in the area and, to be honest, they don't compare. Carolina Prep teaches Spanish and computers starting at 2 years old! My kids love the school and it has a very family oriented, intimate feel that cannot be found anywhere else. It has a wonderfully rich cultural group with a group of parents who are obviously devoted to their children's education. Their national scores far exceed the competition and I know students which looked into going to other schools and Carolina Prep is almost a year ahead of the rest! My first grader knows multiplication and my third grader writes in cursive, which I understand is not being taught in public school. Their hours are perfect for working parents: 6:30-6:30 and they have a lunch program as well as snacks for the little ones. Their summer programs are great too! I only hope that it can expand into middle school so that my kids can continue their education at this wonderful school! Please look into it...it can only benefit your children as well as you.

This is an excellent preschool and elementary school born from the extraordinary vision and efforts of the staff and parents, due to the unexpected closing of Palmetto Prep school in May 2010. Within 3 months this school was up and running and it has been growing since then. The curriculum is academically challenging but the rewards are great. You realize that when the preppers learn the life cycle of the frog, and 3rd and 4th graders learn and solve problems like squares and square roots and Order of operations. The school consistently scores in the 97-99 percentile in the ITBS testing exams, which are more rigorous than the state PASS exams. My child has been there since the creation of the school and her high academic achievements are mainly due to the efforts of the teachers, Principal and support staff of the school. She is now accepted to top ranked middle schools, both public and private. The tuition is reasonable with no nickel and diming, unlike what occurs with some private schools that bait you with low fees and then charge for every little extra. The fees includes breakfast and lunch as well as extended drop off and pick up times for the preschool. Afterschool is available for primary school. If you want excellent non religious school that focuses on academics and growth of the child instead of drilling in religion into their heads, this is the school for you. The school board is made up entirely of parents of the school children, who work hard and long to make this the best preschool and elementary school in Greenville.

This is a hidden gem. Do not judge this book by its cover. I am a local pediatrician, and I have been so impressed by the teachers and leadership at this school. Our kids were at another child care center, Park Place, before. We had some concerning safety issues with our infant son and decided to look for another school. WIthin a week of placing our infant at Carolina Prep, he ''came alive''. He was happy to be dropped off, he was more interactive. It was a stark difference for us. The teachers are incredible. All the teachers know all of the kids, and yet because of their primary teacher designation you still feel like your child is getting undivided attention. They are perfect for working families. They have tons of extracurriculars your kids can attend during the school day. They order their food from one of the healthiest restaurants in town. The students are an international mix. The focus is on your kids and what they are learning, not on aesthetics or fancy decor...and it pays off. Lee, the director, is responsive, considerate and always professional and appropriate. We truly regret not having started our kids from the beginning at Carolina Prep. Having seen most of the schools in town, we have been very pleased.

Carolina Prep is a wonderful school! My son loves his teachers and is learning so much! The school has a very "family" feel. I believe they truly care about the students and their families. I also very much appreciate the way they cater to busy professional parents. I never have any guilt dropping my son off. I know he is very well cared for and is learning more than I could teach him at home.

We have two kids enrolled at Carolina Prep. Outstanding teachers and staff make this school above the rest. Small classroom size helps students to have more one on one time with teachers. Parents absolutely love this school and kids adore their teachers.

This is a wonderful school where my daughter received a great education! This is an environment that provides, besides safety and the highest competence, international and cultural enrichments, and outstanding social skills for your child. The atmosphere is familiar and the teachers focus on your child. Their programs are characterized by a big variety. After moving back to Germany our daughter continued her school career without any problems. Instead of starting regularly at the first year of elementary school she started in the second year! She has been a student here for 2 years and loved it here. Thanks to the faculty for this great experience for her!
