Carmel Christian School has been such a blessing to our family. We moved our 3rd grader from CMS, and our youngest tagged along for Kindergarten. We could not be happier with the decision to become a part of this school's thriving community. CCS provides rigorous academics, yet puts the child's well-being above all else. Our eldest tells us she feels "seen, heard, and loved" at school now that she is at CCS. Both of our children are thriving academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. CCS truly partners with parents to disciple children, build their character, and advance intellectually. CCS provides a school infrastructure that is unmatched, and deeply needed in today's educational landscape.

We have been a CCS family for 5 years now and it has been the absolute BEST decision we have made for our children. The teachers are amazing and truly care about each child. If you want your kids to have a solid biblical foundation as well as a great education, I highly recommend it!

Carmel Christian has been such a blessing to our family. We were accepted when our youngest was entering Kindergarten in August 2020. After an amazing year with inspirational teachers and administration, we ended up pulling our then 3rd grader in the next year. My kids have been challenged, supported and thrived in this environment with adults who have a passion for education and God. It's been great for our family to get involved in sports, prayer teams, PTF, room parent, field trips, etc. I would recommend this school for so many reasons. It's been a great place to watch my children grow in all ways.

We transferred from public school 4 Years ago and our children have thrived. I have been so impressed with its rigorous educational program. The teachers and faculty genuinely care about the students and partner with parents to help them grow not just academically but also spiritually and emotionally. The type of student Carmel produces is also worth noting. Several of our babysitters graduated from CCS and they are all exceptional humans who have gone on to become dentists and nurse practitioners.

We have two children who started three years ago at CCS (one currently in 6th and one in 2nd). We came from a public school with three older children having already completed K-12 in CMS. We had prayed about it and asked God to open the door if it was meant for us and we were fortunate that we were able to be admitted into this family! Coming to Carmel Christian was a life-changing experience for our entire family...They breathe the word of Christ into not only our children but our family. It was the best decision our family has made when it comes to our family.

We have been part of the CCS family for 12 years now. Our oldest is a rising Senior and has been at Carmel since Kindergarten. We cannot say enough about this wonderful school that has become a family to us. The teachers, faculty, and coaches care about each individual student and treat them as their own. Our children have gained a strong academic and spiritual education that will forever shape their future. We have made life-long family friends and I am so thankful we chose CCS!

I am so thankful we found Carmel Christian. We have been here 10+ years now and have had two graduate and go on to amazing universities. We have two more in middle school. With four children and four personalities, it's unusual to find a school where they all have thrived. The education is rigorous, and my children, especially my former high school students, will tell you they felt like their teachers cared about them. My daughter took four AP classes this past year, her senior year, and made one four, and three fives on the exams. But what I love about the school is that it puts God first and it is reflected in how people treat and care for each other. A special place indeed!

We just completed our 4th year at Carmel Christian School. I will have two high schoolers next year! Moving our children to this school/community was one of the best decisions we've ever made. It truly is a family atmosphere at CCS! The teachers and the entire staff are amazing! They are kind, positive, caring, and always take the time to know and love your child. What a wonderful place!!

We have been a CCS family now for 7 years and are thrilled to be starting our 8th year at this wonderful school. It is truly like a family whether you are in K or 12th grade. There are many opportunities as a parent to plug in and get involved and the Windy Gap retreat in MS and HS is a favorite and offers a great time of fellowship, making new friends and memories, all while growing closer to Christ. The administrative staff is so friendly, helpful, and encouraging, and the teachers are all committed to providing a top-notch Christian education. We are an active sports family and love supporting our school at basketball, baseball, and soccer games. During Covid, the school went above and beyond with the hand they were dealt and jumped right in with flexibility, adaptiveness, etc. We can't recommend it enough!

We have loved Carmel Christian! This was our first year having one in high school and one in elementary. The teachers, staff, and families are all so kind, caring, and know our kids. It feels like a big family. The academics are rigorous and competitive, and our kids are getting a great education based on Biblical values. The culture is fun & friendly! It`s not an unrealistic place, it's a real place filled with people who care, try and act with the Gospel in mind.

Carmel Christian School has been a true blessing to our family. We relocated to Charlotte from out of state 3 years ago and finding the right school for our children and family became very stressful as we learned that both of our children were behind academically. Having landed in the public school system, we were met with the stress and frustration of learning our children needed additional resources they did not qualify for. We began the private school tours and CCS was instantly a match for our family`s needs. Our children have thrived in the care of their staff and the resources they have provided. In such a large city, CCS has provided us with the smaller community we were searching for. I know my children are in the best place for their needs. Additionally, I know they are safe and loved by their teachers every day. As a parent, I could not ask for more. We are grateful for everything CCS has done to accommodate our family and we look forward to the years ahead together, as a team, supporting and cheering our children all the way.

My daughters have been attending CCS for 11 years and I am so proud that we found this school back so long ago. At CCS, I feel that I have a voice, and my voice matters. During Covid, CCS was able to find alternative ways to keep the school open. Highly recommend this school.

Carmel does an amazing job disciplining their students through teaching. I have learned so much while being a student and am so grateful for the staff, who shows that they want to be at school and teach their students.

I am a rising senior who has been blessed to call Carmel Christian my home for the past 10 years. The teachers and staff at Carmel are one of the reasons Carmel feels at home. They care for each student and take them in as their own. I still have strong relationships with my past teachers because they are constantly caring for me and checking in on me. I have also been involved in CCS athletics for 6 years as a cheerleader and soccer player. The Athletics program has taught me so much about myself and how to be a team player. CCS coaches ensure that their athletes are being taught more than just athletic skills, but they are being taught life lessons and Christian character that reflects on and off the field/courts. Carmel truly is a home because of the intentional family community we have.

After being at Carmel Christian for four years, one aspect of school life that has stuck out to me has been the student community. As a sophomore, I genuinely consider them friends, teachers, and staff members part of my family. I can go to my teachers with any problems I am facing regarding school or personal life, and they never hesitate to help and pray for me. Being at Carmel feels like being at home.

We came to CCS 3 years ago with our two elementary kids. The education and spiritual influence and growth of both of our children have far exceeded our expectations. This year, I joined the staff as a substitute teacher. My time inside the classrooms has given me an even deeper love for this school. Every teacher gives 110% to each child. As a parent, it's an amazing feeling when your kids are excited to go to school every day! We are so grateful to be at CCS!

We have been at Carmel Christian for 15 years and watched 3 of our kids grow into fabulous young adults as they headed out into the world outside our home. The school went through many changes in our years due to growth, but throughout remained and remains true to its mission - providing an excellent education, built on biblical truth, equipping students to be difference makers in a world that desperately needs them. We would choose Carmel again and again.
