I am so proud to work at an amazing school like AHS. The staff is incredibly supportive of one another and always keeps students' best interests at heart. Our individualized accommodations and high expectations have transformed the lives of many students over the years. At AHS, we teach far more than just content-we instill values like hard work, resilience, empathy, and forgiveness. With a growth mindset, our students become the best versions of themselves. I am so thankful I took this job when it was just a small building with nine students. We have come so far, and I can't wait to see where the next 10 years take us! P.S. Funky Fridays are the best!

My son has been at AIM for almost 3 years. To say it revolutionized our lives is putting it mildly. He has blossomed into an amazing young man. He is doing well at school and has friends who love what he loves (trains, tornado sirens, and planes). I cannot stress what an amazing school this is for kids. Every teacher cares and looks to learn about the children and how best to help them. Without AIM, our life would not be where it is right now! I'm so glad we found it and thankful to Ms. Malek for convincing us to extend a summer camp into full-time education!

My granddaughter (currently an 11th grader) is enrolled at Aim High School and has been attending since the 2nd half of 8th grade. This school, with its focus not only on education but on the social, academic, and learning needs of children, has had a drastic positive impact on her and our family. Not only will she graduate from high school, but she is already planning on attending college; she has also been working for the last 6 months. Without the support of this school and the staff, I'm not positive she would have made it past 8th grade in public schools. They also offer financial assistance to those in need, as we have been blessed to be recipients of. If you know of a child or anyone with a child struggling, please contact the school and watch it change that child's life for the better.

My son would have never graduated without Aim. They understand that each student is different and learns differently. They teach in a way that coincides with how each student learns.

Aim High has been an amazing school for my child. I can't express how much of a difference the individual attention, the caring teachers, etc. have made in his life.

Our son had attended public schools through elementary with a para-pro to assist him with staying on task. This worked fine for the first few years, but by the time he was in 5th grade, he started to struggle with the fact that he was different and had to have a para-pro. His 5th-grade year was filled with anxiety, which we did not know the extent of until he started at Aim High School. Since he started 6th grade during the pandemic and virtually, it was a disaster. So, we started to look for other options. After our son visited Aim for the half day of classes, he came home and asked us when he could start going to Aim. He has been thriving ever since! It was such a shock to us, because he never expressed an interest in going to school. Since he has been at Aim, he has never complained about going to school and he doesn't have anxiety about going to school. The teachers at Aim High School are AMAZING! They work with the students to help them overcome their weaknesses, they make learning fun, and they help them learn at a pace that works for the students. They also have really cool electives! We can't say enough about Aim and the difference the teachers are making in our son!

Aim High focuses on fostering positive relationships between students, parents, and staff to create a fun and productive learning environment. Aim High meets students where they are academically, personally, and socially and helps them grow and develop towards their full potential. The small class sizes create a distraction-reduced environment where students and staff can get to know each other on a personal level. It also makes it possible to individualize instruction and provide the support to set students up for success. Life skills are built into the curriculum and provide students with the tools they need as they move on from high school.

My daughter struggled for years in public school. She has been going to Aim high for the past 4 years and has flourished there. The teachers and principal are amazing. I don`t know where we would be without Aim High!

Aim High is an amazing place to work! My fellow staff members have a passion for reaching, teaching, and impacting young people. Their enthusiasm and dedication to the school and to our students and families is beyond any I've seen at other schools where I've worked. I am honored and humbled to be a part of the Aim High community :-)
