- Welcome to the Wickham KinderCare where everything is designed for
learning! This school has been part of the Melbourne community for
more than 25 years. We have the best teachers in the area. Many of
our teachers have degrees in Early Childhood Education; some of our
teachers have been part of our KinderCare family for over 20 years.
All of our teachers receive monthly training sessions and
participate in ongoing trainings through the state. All of our
teachers are certified in CPR and first aid. We have separate
classrooms for each age group, as well a room reserved for our
Learning Adventures extra-curricular programs; which include
Phonics, Spanish, Reading, Cooking and Math.
Parents are welcome to take a tour of our Learning center at any time to see how the children work and play on a typical day. If you are looking for a fun, educational and loving environment for your child we encourage you to stop in and say Hi. We look forward to showing you the best early childhood education programs in town,
- We have a keypad lock system to get intoour classrooms. All staff members are familiar with who is on your approved list to sign in or pick your child up. Therefore, when a staff member is unfamiliar with someone, they will immediately contact management to verify identification. Our playgroundsare surrounded by a locked fences.We also have aHealth and Safety Coordinator. Our Coordinator is responsible for daily safety checks, monthly safety calendar, medication administration, and staff safety training. As you can tell, the safety of our students is our first priority!
