School Notes
- Westside Montessori School was founded in Houston, Texas in the Spring of 1977 by a small group of passionate parents in the Memorial area. Their goal was to establish a parent cooperative affiliated with the American Montessori Society. We have operated as such continuously since the fall of 1977. We are very blessed to have many families and students from all around the world. Our school population reflects a wide diversity of cultures that WMS wholeheartedly embraces and values. The beauty of Montessori education is that it is universal and meets children's developmental needs no matter their country or background.
