This is truly an amazing school! I went there as a child and now my son goes there. My parents pulled me from public school after first grade due to my ADHD. This school has small class sizes, so it helped me learn in a better way and helped me tremendously. My son goes there now. In his first year he learned more than he ever did in public school and is now flourishing. In public school my son got bored and lacked interest in learning because they were just handing him work sheets or using the computer. At the school house they use every day life to learn and use hands on learning. The Schoolhouse does individualized education. He goes at his own pace and learns things he needs. They never have home work expected for their weekly spelling works. My son has learned math, science, history, cursive handwriting, sewing by hand and even using math to learn how to make fudge! I always say it`s homeschooling, but I can still work and someone else is doing the homeschooling for me. Oh, and did I mention the cats? They have cats that live at the school. They curl up next to you at your desk and the kids can pet them! I can go on and on about how amazing this school!
