The Phillips Academy

The mission of the Children's Learning Center is to provide a comprehensive alternative educational program for exceptional children, who, because of their intense behavioral, social, emotional and educational needs are temporarily unable to succeed in the public school system.
By developing a positive attitude toward learning, developing and strengthening self-esteem, teaching them essential academic and social skills, and successfully returning them to the public schools, Children's Learning Center strives to enhance the quality of their lives and to enable them to reach their full potential in society.
