The Epiphany School Of Global Studies Photo #2 - Our History: Founded in 2006 for grades 6 through 10, Epiphany has grown into a premiere Kindergarten through 12th grade independent school, serving almost 500 students on its two campuses in the historic town of New Bern, North Carolina. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS).

Epiphany graduates have earned Naval Academy and West Point Appointments, been named Park Scholars (NC State) and Benjamin N. Duke Scholars (Duke University), made it to the final rounds of the Morehead-Cain (UNC Chapel Hill) and Levine Scholar (UNC Charlotte) programs, and been named honors scholars.

Epiphany offers courses in choral and instrumental music, dance, visual arts, drama, music theory, theatre tech, and musical theatre. We also honor our highest achieving artists with admission to Tri-M Music Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, and the International Thespian Society.

Educating today's learners also means providing experiences outside of the classroom. 94% of the Class of 2022 will have traveled internationally by graduation, 86% with the school. All freshmen engage in a school-subsidized service-learning trip with Immersion Abroad in Costa Rica. Seniors participate in long-range service projects in Eastern NC and Belize.
