Hello, I am a sixth-grader at BHS and from my experience at the Beech Hill School, it is a wonderful school with great opportunities. The teachers here are amazing. I love my math teacher especially. The students at the Beech Hill School are some of the nicest people I've ever met. When I first came to the Beech Hill School I didn't know a lot of math, science, or English. I know how to do a lot more than I would have if I had never come to the Beech Hill School.

I am a 3-year student at the Beech Hill School. It is awesome here at school. Everybody knows each other, it's like a big family. We spend time as a community outside of school because BHS has brought us closer together. The classes are small which helps when trying to learn. All the teachers are willing to help and would even stay after school to help out students. The elective program is great it's where you get to be doing some sort of activity. I was able to do acting. It's great here.

If your child wants to learn then he/she will be rewarded with an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop at Beech Hill School. Very small school and class size, a relaxed atmosphere allows kids to be themselves. The faculty and staff work very closely with each student to ensure that they are making the best use of their time. Lots of one on one personal attention between student and teacher. The student is expected to be responsible for their work and personal productivity. Skills class gives them tools and techniques to improve their work habits. A very small, personal, caring, and motivating school.

The teachers work very hard to try to keep the academic programs interesting, as well as providing intriguing and fun elective choices. The small size allows for a convivial community, and it also allows for mutual respect. The Beech Hill School is a great school, full of learning and creativity, but also full of friends. Different electives are offered every Trimester, and chosen based on student preference. One time we had a song writing elective, another time we had art history, and another time we had nature's eye (a creative writing class) we also had electives such as geography-bee, and math counts, both of them being full of competitive students. P.E. is always kept interesting for us, one time we went rock climbing for a few weeks, we had a yoga period, a gymnastics basics period, a volleyball period, and even road/forest running. All in all, the school provides great classes, a nice environment, and great academic challenges, I would recommend this school to anyone who enjoys learning.
