College Preparedness: St. Margaret's college prep program combines science, technology, engineering, art, and math to also incorporate the Rappahannock River. We call this new program S.T.R.E.A.M.
Robust River Program: St. Margaret's offers a waterfront campus along the Rappahannock River. To expand our academic and recreational uses of the river, a new outdoor classroom and dock will be constructed Summer 2022. Jump into a sailboat, conduct science labs on the beach, and explore our riverfront community by boat.
Episcopal Community: Grounded in Episcopal tenets, St. Margaret's is for girls who want to be part of a welcoming community where they can be their authentic self. Our girls live by the "Gospel of Doing" and these words from our school prayer: As we grow in age, may we grow in grace.
Competitive Athletics: We encourage our students to challenge themselves and join the team. With 13 different varsity sports and clubs including crew, volleyball, equestrian, soccer, and field hockey - you'll be sure to find a team that's right for you.
Visual and Performing Arts: Perform with the choir, direct a school play, set up an easel to paint on our River Lawn, or be inspired in our ceramics studio. St. Margaret's robust arts program offers you a variety of visual and performing arts opportunities that will encourage you to explore your creativity and express yourself.
