Just the fact that we live in an area with amazing public schools should tell you how great St. Louis has been for our children. We happily pay the tuition on top of our property taxes, and without public school bussing because we appreciate what SLS has to offer. The committed teachers, the support for those with learning challenges, and the faith-filled environment including the weekly mass as a school, all contribute to this vibrant community.

After attending public, Montessori and private schools in Howard County, I have to say that St. Louis has been the best, most rewarding, experience for our son (and us) since transferring into 3rd grade. The high teacher-student ratio, rigorous academics, foreign language instruction, nurturing teachers and staff, as well as the sports and dynamic after-school clubs have converted our son into child that WANTS to go to school every single morning. Can't imagine a stronger recommendation for a school. While we experienced the more expensive private schools in the past, the quality of St. Louis'' academics, staff, campus and community is every bit as high, if not higher, than the high-priced competition.

I consider myself blessed that my kids go to St. Louis School. The quality of the education is outstanding. The fact my kids are surrounded by others who share their faith and values system is providing them a solid foundation for the rest of their lives. The resources my kids have access to in the classroom, extra curricular activities, and from the support system of teachers, administrators, other parents, and the parish is unprecedented in Howard County. It is the best investment my husband and I could make.
