The school offers many choices of extracurricular activities, especially the newest selection of an after school Basketball program for the younger grades. Also many of the teachers have children in the school which exhibits the vested interest they have for the high level of academic excellence SJS upholds. As an alumni, I am so happy that my daughters are able to attend the best elementary school on the Northwest side.

My husband went to SJS and now both of my boys attend! I can't imagine them attending anywhere else. The teachers are dedicated to the students as well as the faculty. The older students have fellowship to the younger students. SJS has a Art Buddy and Reading Buddy program where the older students are assigned to the younger students and they work on various projects. My son has older students to look up to which is great to see.
