St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #1 - St. Joan of Arc School Pre-K to Grade 8 Learning Rooted in Christian Values. Established in 1914. During the pandemic, tours are by appointment. Mask required for all visitors. Call 413-533-1475 to schedule an appointment.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #2 - In addition to Grades K-8, SJA School has a 3 year old Pre-K class and 4 year old Pre-K class. Affordable Before and After School Extended Care is also available. Free breakfast and lunch included.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #3 - Students grow and learn together. They make life long friends and memories. They gain knowledge in academics and life skills. Together they share faith and perform community service. Older students "buddy" with younger students to attend Mass, work on art projects and escort them to the local park for school events.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #4 - Spacious Classrooms that feature large windows for ventilation, ceiling fans for warmer days, smart boards. SJA provides air purifiers in all classrooms and common gathering spaces.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #5 - Astroturf play area for Pre-K and Kinder students. Indoor play space for Pre-K program. New Rubber Mulch play yard in rear of school. Fenced school yards. SJA's Safety Program includes CCTV monitoring, automatic lock entrance/exit doors, heat sensors, upgraded classroom door handles and locks, shelter in place classroom kits and "Go Bags" for fire drills and evacuation.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #6 - SJA Junior High for students in Grades 5-8 includes homeroom, rotating academic classrooms, science labs and NJHS for Grades 7 & 8 students.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #7 - Enrichment Clubs include Performing Arts, Chess Club, Lego Club and Book Club. SJA Students enjoy Music, Library, Physical Education and Computer classes.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #8 - We are proud of our State-Of-The-Art Technology. Curriculum includes computer basics plus power point, web design, coding and TinkerCad. Chromebooks available for students in K-8. Students utilize Google Classroom.

St. Joan Of Arc School Photo #9 - Ice Cream Social, Trunk or Treat, Fall Craft Fair, Family Bingo, Spaghetti Suppers, Family Dance, Fishing Derby are just a few social events planned by the SJA PTO. They meet once month to plan fun memory making events during the school year. Parent involvement includes 10 hours of volunteer service.

My daughter loves this school. She has attended this school since First Grade. She has loved her teachers very much. She has done very well in each grade in the school. The principle is very attentive to her and all the other students, too. She gets High Honors always. So, the school works for her and she for it. I love it because it has made her very happy!
