Springfield Christian School (SCS) is a partnership ministry of West Side Christian Church.
The school was established in 1951 with one Kindergarten class; it has grown over the years to include 2 classes per grade, K through 8.
The mission of Springfield Christian School is to provide Biblically based, Christ-centered instruction to children in Kindergarten through eighth grade in order to prepare them spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and emotionally, with support from family and church, to walk in the wisdom of the Lord all the days of their lives.
