The poet William Yeats once wrote that "education is not the filling of a pail, but it is the lighting of a fire." I must say, undoubtedly, that a fire has been lit under my child and consequently, he is becoming a avid lover of school and learning. Where he was once disappointed and bored by school, he is now enthusiastic and enthralled by it. Where he once seemed shy and frightened by school, he is now expressive and exhibits more confidence. Where he once never mumbled a word about his school day despite my daily prodding, he now comes home overflowing with news about his day and recounts every hour of it to us! I have witnessed a holistic development in my child that includes every aspect of his social, mental, academic, spiritual, physical and emotional self, and I remain nothing short of thrilled! On every level, I highly recommend Saints Tabernacle to any student and family who is searching for a school that seeks to develop unwavering character, a high standard for academic achievement, strong leadership and service capability and high levels of confidence and independence in its students, yet renders itself as ''home away from home." Saints Tabernacle, the hidden gem in East Oak Lane, is that school.
