- In order to register, new families must submit a complet admission application (available on our website) as well as pay the annual Registration Fee. In addition, the following documents must be submitted:
- Report Card (from previous/current school)
- Reference/Contact Name & Phone (Previous Teacher, Counselor or Principal)
- Birth Certificate
- Health & Immunization Records
- Baptismal Certificate (If student is baptized)
- Once the required documents have been submitted to the school, a short, family interview with our Principal will be scheduled.

We love Most Blessed Trinity Academy. It is such a loving family. Our daughter loves her teachers and friends. Our son is excited about coming next year. It is such a safe and spiritual place for our children to learn.
