MLA is a nurturing, supportive and wonderful place where the kids learn to love learning. They have small multi-grade classes and teachers who are so dedicated to the kids. They don`t teach to the class, but rather, my kids moved forward in math and reading at their pace. Not someone else's. Everyone is so accepting of all kids...no matter what. My quirky, introverted kid found a place there and blossomed! My kids got outside almost every day ...they especially love the Mtn Sol program that had them exploring and learning OUTSIDE! Kids aren`t walking around the playground with cell phones but rather played together and yes, got dirty (the sign of a great day in my book). Spanish, Art and music added even more. If I still had young children, they would be there for sure !

My kids loved MLA. They are now older and thriving in high school. I appreciated that MLA allows the students to learn at their individual pace, placing them in math and reading groups that are appropriate for them. They loved daily PE and the weekly art, music and spanish. It's really just one big family where every teacher knows the name of every student, no matter what age. It's obvious that the teachers love what they do. Many have been there since MLA opened. So glad we made this choice for our kids.
