At Mission Montessori, you`ll find a home away from home and a community of educators and fellow parents passionate about Montessori education. We`re dedicated to providing a high quality educational experience for our students and families in an intimate environment that meets the developmental, social, and academic needs of our students.

School Notes

  • Mission Montessori was started in 2017 as San Francisco`s first private Montessori elementary. In 2019, Mission Montessori acquired the beautiful campus at 50 Fell Street in the bustling Mid-Market neighborhood. Mission Montessori now includes programs for infants (12 weeks-18 months), toddlers (18 months-3 yrs old), and primary/preschool (3-6 yrs old), in addition to our elementary which will go all the way to 8th grade.
  • We offer a Spanish Immersion program option for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary students.
  • Our preschool is a year-round, 5-day program. The school day runs from 8:00am to 3:00pm, with an option for extended care until 6pm.
  • The elementary school is a 10-month program running from late August to early June. The school day runs from 8am to 3:30pm with an option for extended care until 5:30pm.
