Kingswood Montessori a private school in Homestead, Fl is a refreshing approach to education. Small class size, professional, loving teachers that really take time to know my child. They teach to his needs and he loves to go to school. He has learned about Monet and the differences between oval and elipse and he is in preschool. I enjoy the small school feeling, and all of the activities. He started last summer camp at 3, next year he will be in the VPK, and I''m looking forward to Kindergarten since all the children are above grade level readers.

Excellent school! By far the best Montesorri school in South Dade. Good student/teacher ratio and wide range of subjects available to help develop your child's potential. The teachers are warm, they communicate and are always available to help the children. Also, the administration is attentive to all the children ,manny sports activities at school and swimming classes. The school is true Montessori school Breathtaking campus, that is impeccably maintained, where my daughter loves to run and play .School has gardens where the children actually plant and animals they are responsible and interact with.

I strongly recommend this school to parents who value what is truly important in the school... the student. My child has been a student now for 4 years and I am amazed at the new energy the school has had this year. Education, positivity, encouraging independence, fostering a safe environment is the priority at this school, as well as giving my child an individual attention to his learning needs. The school is nationally accredited and the administration is very attentive to the families needs. I agree with the last reviews, definitely do your research, visit other schools, ask to speak to current families enrolled in the school, and you will see what makes this school so great.

Amazing school. With four children I am not new to preschool life. I had two of my children at another preschool before I found Kingswood Montessori Academy for my oldest one. What a difference. Aside from being a beautiful school and kept impeccably, you can feel the difference from the moment you walk in. I don't know how to explain it. There is just a happy feeling there. My children learned a tremendous amount and they loved their school. This was the last year for my oldest one, and he doesn't want to leave. I don't know what we are going to do when he has to start 7th grade. I don't know what I am going to do either, I am going to miss KMA and everyone there.

I have two children at Kingswood Montessori Academy, one in PreK and the other in 3d. Prior to entering, we were at a top public elementary school in Miami-Dade County. I am extremely glad that we made the change. Unlike the public schools in Miami and many of the private schools,Kingswood Montessori Academy bases its curriculum on what educational research demonstrates works best for kids in the long-term. The Montessori curriculum is innovative and gets the kids excited about learning and figuring things out. The school also has a great after-school program for parents who work full-time. This is definitely the place to send your kids if you care about what they will turn out to be as adults and if you want them to ultimately become creative, adaptable, and innovative thinkers . Kingswood montessori Academy is far more similar to the top private schools in the Northeast than any other school you'll find in Miami.
