I love Intermountain Christian School. As an Alumni myself I am so blessed to now be able to send my children to the best School in the Salt Lake Area. It has a strong uncompromising foundation upon the word of God coupled with high quality academics. The teachers and staff are genuinely invested in the students as a whole. You can feel the concern and commitment to cultivating a life long Christian walk in the students while academically propelling them toward success in their future careers.

What a joy it has been to find community at ICS! We chose to send our son to the pre-K program at ICS after moving to the Salt Lake area from another state. My child is thriving. His teacher is wonderful. She has been so helpful in ensuring that our son is meeting academic standards for his age, and she is always willing to share useful tips on ways to practice at home. I love having my child come home excited to tell me what they have learned at school, especially when it's precious Bible lessons. I am so thankful for the Christ-centered education provided at ICS. Having what is taught at home reinforced at school has been such a blessing for us. Everyone we have encountered at the school has been so welcoming. Parents are encouraged to be involved. The new leadership at the school has expressed a wonderful vision for future academic improvements and has swiftly begun a STEM program for Pre-K through 12. The ICS community has helped us to feel at home in our new city!

Intermountain Christian School has been a blessing for our young and growing family in the Salt Lake City, UT area. Being new to the area just a couple of years ago, it was important for our family to find a Christian-centered school that enables students to spend time exploring while learning. The talented teachers and amazing staff have brought out the best in our kids. Their engagement with class, extracurricular activities, and the community that ICS has built is extremely high and we are grateful to say that we feel at home with the ICS team!

As both a student and a teacher at this school, I've been able to experience this school from uniquely different perspectives. I have to say that I've loved both experiences and think others will enjoy them too. Special bonds are formed at a school like ICS as students are pushed to grow and learn as a whole person that includes academics, athletics, arts, social/emotional life, and spiritual life. ICS seeks to prepare students to thrive in the real world and be a light for their faith.

Our daughter attended ICS for pre-K last year and is now in Kindergarten - I never leave reviews but I am so proud to be a part of this community for my children's education (we have 4 kids!). To give you an idea of what makes ICS special beyond great academics and small class sizes (for kindergarten): weekly Spanish classes, twice-a-month STEM lab, weekly library and music classes, chapel, ballet lessons after school, and field trips! Our teachers are great at communicating and welcome parent involvement - they are transparent, honest, and genuine. Lastly, Christian values are woven throughout our child's whole day, not just one class or weekly service. They are learning about God in math, during reading, and music, and all the time! What makes ICS special is when my daughter goes to school, I know that our values at home are being reinforced at school.

Excellent school! As a teacher, I really love teaching at ICS. I believe that we have the best faculty and staff in the state of Utah. We have a great administration team that always has the teachers' and students' interests at heart. It is a small school community, but we demonstrate the love of Christ to our students.

This school rates 5 stars for the people within its walls. From Administration to support staff and everyone in between, they exude love and support for the students and for each other. They work tirelessly to ensure that each and every student is seen, heard, and known. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Overall, we've had an extremely positive experience with our children at ICS. Some of the positives we've seen are highly qualified teachers who care about the individual person, for a small school a good variety of classes to choose from, long-term positive peer relationships for our kids who have graduated from there. Christian world view in teaching, but also in dealing with and handling issues or discipline. A desire to work problem, not move it somewhere else. We are glad our children are at ICS.

Our three children have been part of the ICS community for nearly 20 years, two of whom are graduates and one who is currently in high school. ICS provides a holistic, safe learning environment with strong academics as well as opportunities for students to experience various genres of activities. We found this to be a gift as our children grew and matured and determined their individual interests, abilities, and passions. The community of students, faculty, staff, and families are committed to positively contributing to the lives of one another and the world in which they live.

ICS is a great school to work at. It is dedicated to its mission to be a Christ-centered learning community that equips and inspires students to thrive in God's world. I recommend it whole-heartedly.

As I write this, I am in my last quarter as a parent as my son will be graduating this May. ICS was a safe harbor for us when we transferred to Utah 6 years ago and continues to be our strongest community in Salt Lake. The faculty have poured into Brayden consistently and authentically. They live out their mission daily and love our students to Christ. I am grateful that God led us here and grateful for the relationships that we will forever carry in our hearts.

ICS has always had high academic standards and continues to include more opportunities for students each year. I love that my high school daughter is not only receiving a high-quality education but one that is also based on the love of God and Christ. Her teachers are so caring and are invested in her personally and academically. My daughter has multiple extracurricular activities to choose from and has loved being part of StuCO- ICS's student council as well as Volleyball. New 2020-21 Head VB Coach Kalani Gasper coached the team to 3rd in the 1-A state Championship 2020-21 school year. We are excited for next year!! I wish we had more time at ICS, Rachel started ICS in 6th grade and will be graduation next year. It goes by too fast!!

We decided to place our oldest child at ICS for high school. There were several factors that made this decision easy: academics, community, and class experiences. We know these foundational items will lead to future success as he steps into higher education. However, what we love most about ICS is the focus on spiritual formation and the way they tie a Biblical worldview to everyday life.

Our children have been a part of ICS for the past 11 years. We're so grateful for the way the teachers and entire school community have embraced the unique personalities of our children. They have thrived spiritually, academically and physically through the available strong academics, music, arts and sports programs. The journey has been a blessing to our entire family!

I've had children at this school since 2006 and will through 2027. I can't say enough about the progress I've seen ICS make. It is really a special place. We have one graduate in our family who is thriving at an excellent college and I can say with confidence that these guys take their mission seriously as they equip and inspire students to thrive in God's world.

ICS has been a huge blessing to our daughter and to us, as well. After three moves, she wanted a place to stay; a long-term school family, and has found that. The spiritual environment, amazing teachers, close-knit classmates and performing arts have helped her thrive. She says on a regular basis, "I am so glad this is my school. Thank you, God, for ICS." We can't say enough; it is truly a special place.

ICS is a great school, the teachers are highly energetic, caring and gifted. The arts and athletic programs are fantastic, while being competitive they are inclusive, fun and are used to teach about life. The school leaders are amazing and incredibly focused on a vision for the school and its students.

Our children have and are receiving a very strong academic foundation but that's not why we love the school. Spiritual formation, foundational truths and practical application of faith are the strengths we''re most pleased to have available to our children. Our children have been afforded great college choices and scholarships, but their faith has a biblical foundation as a result of hearing God's word integrated in their academics, athletics and extracurriculars on a daily basis.
