It is part of Harambee's spirit to instill in each child a positive self-concept and understanding of his/her interests' values, attitudes and abilities necessary for self-actualization and the acceptance of individual and social responsibilities in the neighborhood, community, nation and world.
The school continues, as part of its mission, to develop a coherent and conceptual framework for a curriculum that is inclusive of Afro-centricity, multiculturalism and family values.
Our vision is to be in the forefront in the exploration of new ways and techniques that will advance the students' knowledge of the arts and sciences.
The students will be able to seek and discover those avenues necessary for self-determination, cooperative work and individual responsibility through an emphasis on the African Centered and multicultural curriculum.
