I have loved every experience that I have had a GCA. The greatest thing for me, as an educator, is the freedom to teach to the students not the standards. Students come first and we do what is best for each student every single day.

GCA has been a tremendous blessing to my family. My daughter has blossomed academically and spiritually at Grace. This school is a family rooted in and centered around Jesus.

It's hard to know what kind of school environment is going to be right for your child...too big, too small, too strict, too much freedom, too challenging? We struggled with these questions for MONTHS! After finally making our decision and being 3 years in with one child and 2 years in with the other, we couldn't be happier. GCA is the perfect mix of size, freedom and academics, but what really stands out and makes the difference for us is the student-faculty relationships. The atmosphere at Grace is positive and encouraging and the teachers are always available to our children and to us. We always receive a quick response to emails and there are frequent updates and communication about what is going on at school, or in the community, that we might be interested in. Could not be happier, all the way around!

My kids have been at GCA since kindergarten. I have a 6th grader and an 8th grader. There are SO many things we love about this school. First, the teachers love Christ and love the kids like their own. The school is always striving to improve our academic standards to give our kids the highest quality of education available. This helps to prep them for college while integrating biblical principles. They do a great job in bridging the gap with Christ in academics while making the Word of God applicable in everyday life. Our school also helps kids identify their God given talents, abilities, and hobbies. Whether it`s academics, sports, drama, or music, they have a wide variety of extracurricular activities for everyone to find a place to belong. In addition to academics, sports, and the arts, the school teaches the kids, and allows them the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus not just in our community, but world wide. For example, the kids of all grade levels have various opportunities to help by bringing food donations for local charities, raising money for an orphanage through our Hearts For Haiti fundraiser, our Battle of the Bottles to raise money for Hope Resource Center, volunteering their time to serve at KARM, and other local ministries. They are being taught to give and serve others the way Christ desires. The weekly chapel services encourage worship through fun participation and provides additional teaching of the Word of God. Our coaches, teachers, staff, parents, and kids work together to provide a top notch experience for our students. We are so thankful that we are a part of the GCA community!

GCA has been our home for the last four years. It was the best choice we could have made! Our kids have been welcomed by enthusiastic, caring teachers who love being with their students. There is a special feeling of family when you walk in the school. Teachers pray for kids and demonstrate God`s Word for them. The positive culture and excellence in programming are very noticeable. We have been extremely pleased with the well rounded educational experience -strong academics, Bible class and chapel, science lab and technology, performing arts, and extracurricular sports teams. We highly recommend GCA!

We have loved everything about our experience at Grace. The teachers not only educate but they encourage our kids both academically and spiritually. They make themselves available beyond the classroom to address issues or concerns and always make us (parents) feel welcome and part of the team. We love the community of parents, teachers and administrators that pray for and support our family. There is never anxiety in our household about a new school year. We know it`s going to be great!

GCA has been such a blessing to my family! Our boys have all been attending GBC and GCA programs since they were each two year old babies in MDO. We have all been loved on, poured into, prayed for, and given the highest level of attention by all our of teachers, the staff, and the faculty. If you are looking for a school led by a body of Christ followers as educators, you will be right at home in this family.

We love GCA!! This will be our son's fourth year and every year just gets better! From the very first months we have been embraced by the faculty and families and this is such a blessing. GCA is focused on uplifting everyone, not just a few. You just feel the love of the Lord wherever you go. Academics, athletics and the arts are all well represented so you can definitely find what the Lord is leading you to!

My daughter just finished first grade at GCA, and our experience has been amazing. The small class size makes such a difference in early elementary school, because the teacher is able to have one on one time with each student. We love the staff, as well as the other GCA families we have met.

Several years ago a job transfer moved our family from Atlanta to Knoxville. Before our move, we started looking for a Christian school for our then middle school and elementary-aged girls. Through a google search, we found GCA. During our tour of the school, we realized Grace was not only right for our girls but an answer to our prayers. Fast forward seven years and we still believe that is true. GCA has curriculum that supports a Biblical worldview, staff and administrators who love the Lord and want our girls to reach their potential in their academic and spiritual lives, a wide variety of athletic and artistic opportunities to join in, and friends who have become like family.

Our boys have attended Grace for many years. They have thrived both spiritually and academically. We are thankful to send them to Grace and are also thankful for the many teachers who pour into their lives and allow them to grow in the gifts that God has placed in them.

I love that my daughter can get an excellent education as well as build a strong foundation in Jesus. It is great to have the school partner with the parent in teaching the children to trust and follow Jesus.

As a public education teacher, I couldn't have picked a better school than Grace Christian Academy. It is my opinion that students can learn academics in any setting. However, at GCA, students are learning much more than just academics. Christian values and character building is a huge reason why my family is a part of the GCA family. GCA excels in learning about the love of Jesus and deeper biblical understanding, but they are more than that. Knowing that my child's teacher is constantly praying for her is so encouraging. My daughter accepted Jesus last year in 1st grade. The first person she wanted to call at 10pm was her teacher... and we did. She answered, told her how proud she was of her, and they talked for about 10 minutes. The GCA Head of Schools baptized her in the following weeks during church. I'm not sure how many other schools could do this... but I know of one that did. From academics, to athletics, to Christian values, to personal relationships, GCA is the place to be.

My son graduated from Grace Christian Academy in 2012 as a "lifer" (attended kindergarten through graduation). Leading, Building, and Equipping students isn't just a motto for the school--it is truly how the faculty and administration operate on a daily basis to prepare the students for living lives of excellence. After graduation, my son continued his education in a Christian environment and is now a pastor for a local church. When our daughter was born, there was no question about what school she would attend. We love this school and all of the opportunities it provides in academics, athletics, and arts--all with an incredible spiritual emphasis. GCA is the only school for our family!

Our family loves Grace Christian Academy! We just finished our 8th year at Grace and our overall experience has been nothing but positive. The faculty, staff and administration are very personable and are there because they are called to be there and see it as their mission field. They build their students up to be the person God created them to be. They encourage the students to pursue their God-given talents. Biblical truth is infused into every class, not just Bible class. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed, there is an open door for communication.

We have had all 3 of our kids attend Grace Christian Academy, and it has been such a blessing. The classes are academically challenging and excellent preparation for future college plans- we have already had two graduate from GCA. We especially appreciate the strong emphasis of Biblical teaching and how it applies in all aspects of life. The teachers and staff are wonderful and show a focused interest in each of the student's lives and their success.

We have 3 children at Grace. We have been very pleased with the teachers and support we get from the staff. The teachers really love our kids and work very hard to not only educate them, but also to shepherd them. They have had an eternal impact on our kids development and faith. We understand that we only have one chance to raise our children and choosing the right school is such a huge part of that. Our kids are in a safe environment which gives us tremendous piece of mind. Having heard some of the heartbreaking stories from family and friends about what their kids are being exposed to at a very early age in their schools, we are so glad to be at Grace. The Lord has blessed our family through GCA.

I currently have a second grader at GCA and in the fall will have a child in kindergarten. My husband and I chose GCA because of the loving community and Christ centered atmosphere! We continue to be impressed by the education, and love that our child receives each day. We also appreciate the level of communication that the school and teachers involve us in as parents.

GCA is such a special place. When you enter the doors of the school, you can feel it. The "it" I'm speaking of is the joy that radiates through the hallways. Jesus is so evident at GCA in the students, parents, faculty, and staff! We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to send our daughter to GCA. We believe God has great big plans for her and we feel so fortunate to be able to send her to a place where those around her encourage her, pray for her, and work along side of us to help her understand and be what God wants her to be! She has grown not only physically, but spiritually, emotionally, and mentally this in her 3 years at GCA! She absolutely loves going to school each day! We feel so blessed to be a part of the GCA family!

Grace Christian Academy is a home away from home for my three children! I love the fact that they are academically challenged in a loving, Biblical environment. The relationships they have formed with their teachers and friends are priceless! GCA is one of the best decisions our family has made!

Grace Christian Academy is much more than a school, it is a second family. From the teachers, to the administrators, to the other parents, the whole GCA body really is "distinctly different". You will be loved on, and supported all the way! My kids are on their 3rd and 4th year at Grace, and I couldn`t be more pleased. They are getting a high quality education, and the values/beliefs that are important to our family are being implemented everyday. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

My son has been In public school all his life so his 7th grade year we moved him to Grace Christian Academy Knoxville he is now a 10 grader . GCA is much more than just a school for him GCA has been an inspiration for growth and character for what students need today . With the support from staff and encouragement my son enjoys going to school and loves getting involved with his love of athletics and spritual growth while developing relationships that will last a lifetime. The teachers go far beyond what they are asked to do in their daily tasks. They take the time to meet with students personally to allow them to excel and achieve their maximum potentials. Perhaps the pinnacle of the academic realm of Grace Christian are their wonderful Headmaster, Dean of students and Guaidance staff Not only do they aid students in their college application affairs, but they take the time to guide students in social, academic, and even athletic affairs. Grace Christian Academy is a special place; they craft future leaders in our society by identifying and driving students` talents through the "joyful pursuit of excellence".BEST DECISION WE MADE

We have almost completed our first year after transitioning our two teenage boys from public school to GCA. The decision to make the change was hard, but very thankful we did it. It has been very reassuring to know each day the lessons are prepared with an underlining biblical basis emphasizing Christian values. I truly feel like my children are being prepared to be the best they can be. Looking forward to the coming years at GCA.

GCA has not only met but exceeded our expectations for our son. They hold exceptionally high academic standards and give one on one attention to each child. The faculty treat each child and parents like family and you know you are truly cared for. GCA truly lives out their motto to lead, build, and equip, not just academically but also spiritually. I couldn't ask for a better school for my family!

What a blessing Grace has been to our family! This is our 2nd year at GCA. Transitioning from public school to Grace was very easy due to all the support we received from the teachers and other families. The teachers kept an eye on our kids to make sure they were plugging in and making friends. In the afternoon at pickup, my kids wanted to stay at school longer! I have also been able to substitute at Grace in all areas of the school from Kindergarten to Seniors in Upper School. The environment is so refreshing. I feel like my children are building a strong foundation in their faith as well as receiving a great academic education. The teachers are great and care so much about my children. We love our GCA Family!
