We believe in Christian education of the "total" child through the use of Biblical guidance and academic/developmentally appropriate activities.
Children are taught the love of God through our actions toward each other.
Bible stories, prayer time, and songs about Jesus are woven into daily classroom activities. Students build on concept formation through learning, problem-solving, logical thinking, and imagination.
A Biblical approach to character development is utilized, focusing on self-awareness, cooperative behavior, responsibility, and self-confidence.

- Fine ArtsIn addition to art and music which is part of our daily activity at First Baptist Brandon Christian Academy, we have the privilege of including fine arts as part of our program.
- Children will explore the world of fine arts through special music, art, and creative story times. This program presents a wonderful opportunity for creative expression through music, drama, art, puppetry, etc. in a Christian setting.
- We are excited to offer this important and enjoyable aspect of learning. For those interested in pursuing additional art and/or music instruction, please contact the School of Fine Arts through our Music Ministry.ChapelStudents in K-3 through 8th grade attend Chapel services weekly in the Sanctuary. The services include singing, student presentations, and a teaching time. Guest speakers are often brought in to share with the students. We normally have a theme each month which is reinforced in classroom activities. Chapel service also provides a time for recognition of students who have demonstrated Christ-like behaviors or Fruit of the Spirit as identified by their teachers.
