My son will be starting his second year at FLS this coming fall. We have been so happy with his and our experience at the school over the past year.FLS has a wonderfully balanced curriculum focusing on academics, free play, structured play, and social-emotional development. We have been very happy with the progress our son has made both in terms of academic knowledge as well as social skills. The teachers are warm, nurturing, passionate and educated, and my son loves every single teacher there. The school also values continuing education and professional development, and they send teachers to conferences annually. They have music every so often and have visiting specialists come in to offer weekly extracurricular activities like Yoga, and Spanish. They also do weekly virtue awards for kids who demonstrate things like self-control or helpfulness. We have loved the idea of recognizing kids for being good citizens and friends.

This is my son's 1st school. He started here since he was around 2.5 years old ad now he's 5. He loves it here and we (husband and I) love this school too. We have seen him grow learning happily here. They have a very virtue-oriented well-rounded program and great learning environment. I have witnessed how the teachers treat and teach the children with compassion. I really admire how they go beyond being as teachers, they share and show their tender loving care to the children treating them like their own. When I started going back to work from being as stay-home mom I struggled a lot, my son struggled too as I have to be far most of the year but Faith and the staff have been very supportive. They greatly helped my son cope up for that time of adjustment, the teachers were very kind and understanding and gives me update through emails with his pictures on how he is doing in school. My son gets hugs from the teachers every time to comfort him. Furthermore, they work in every child's strength and weakness which they assess by also asking the parents fill a form; for me I filled out that I worry that my son is a very picky eater and is anxious to try other foods; and they frequently have activities like food preparation and cooking where everyone were asked to taste and made trying food fun with a positive experience. This has helped my son get to try other foods/fruits that he now added to the short list of the food he only eats. Faith school and the staff has been a blessing to my family especially in this time when I am temporarily training/ working and has been most of the time away. I have seen my son grow into a very happy, smart, sweet and loving, well-mannered child filled with beautiful values. I hope they have elementary and high school too cause I don't know where I can find the same great loving teaching environment that this school offered. Thank you Faith, I appreciate what you do! Kudos teachers!

This is my son's 3rd year at Faith Lutheran Preschool and I must say he has flourished in every way thanks to the wonderful social and educational environment at the school. At 4, he can count to 200 and knows all the letters and can read simple words. The teachers embrace his curiosity and engineering mind and he has made great friends at the school. My son loves music and one of the teachers brings a guitar to class on regular basis so the kids get to hear life music and sing along. Yoga and running club have been fantastic ways for our 4 year old to appreciate fitness. We also love the location and diversity of students at the school. Our 1 year old will be going to Faith next year.

Faith Lutheran is one of the best preschools we have sent our children to. They are very caring, loving and flexible. My kids want to go to school even on weekends. The teacher to student ratio is by far less than any other preschool we have sent our kids to.

Faith Lutheran is the best deal on the east side! This is my daughter's second year at Faith and we couldn't be happier. Smaller class sizes mean that she is being taught at her level. But the reality is that most private schools can do this. What sets Faith apart is that she is part of a faith-based community. Students attend chapel weekly - where they sing songs, pray together, and are acknowledged for acts of goodness. The environment at Faith is very different. If you go out on the playground, you will find the children including one another and encouraging each other at play. In chapel, they clap and cheer when their classmates are acknowledged for doing well. As a parent, the staff and administration are very easy to talk with and responsive to my needs. We''re very happy here at Faith.

Faith Lutheran school is the perfect fit for my child. This is our forth year at Faith! My daughter loves the small class size, 14 students max! The teachers and staff are the best. Couldn't be happier with our school. The school really is top notch.
