At Fairfax County Parkway KinderCare, our teachers have an average tenure of nine years in the early childhood field.
The majority of our teachers are currently working towards their Child Development Associate's Credential or are working towards their Bachelor's Degree.
Our teachers are involved in continuous training by attending our company's Professional Development Days as well as other trainings that are provided during the year.
Our teachers are dedicated to making sure they are providing the best possible care for each and every child.

Our facility is always locked and secured and
requires keypad entry for all families. Our playgrounds are fenced
and gated, as well as separated by age groups. All of our teachers
hold a current infant, child, and adult CPR and First Aid
certification. All management and upper-level staff hold a valid
MAT certification as well.
