After a few years at the city schools, we decided to make a change to focus the children on being more prepared academically and emotionally for life. From the beginning, the students learn to work in groups to complete projects, learn through immersion, and are taught "soft skills" that promote being a good person. My child who is in middle school is well-adjusted and prepared for whatever path she chooses after graduation.

CBA has been incredible for the academic and social growth of our children. The teachers take a hands-on approach and get the children excited to learn every day.

I can not say enough good things about CBA. We have 2 children that attend that are several years apart. Both attended different schools before CBA (public for one and Montessori for the other). Both children were welcomed and felt right at home from day one. The staff/teachers are extremely supportive and we are always well aware of what our children are working on and areas that they need to improve! We have never for a moment regretted or second-guessed sending our children there!

We were fortunate to discover Clayton Bradley via word of mouth when vetting the top private schools in the region. Important to us were academic excellence and top-tier higher education matriculation, teacher-student: ratio, principles, and values for molding successful adults, in the company of families with similar ideals. After the visit, the engagement of educators and teachers, alternative and advanced teaching curriculums, and resources of the school took us by surprise. This is a professional institution that takes humble pride in providing the most advanced tools of teaching to set up students for real-world success. So far, incredibly impressive.

Not being from Tennessee, we always heard, "go to the city schools, they are the best in the state." While I'm sure they are fantastic, when our oldest daughter presented herself as needing more 1:1, we decided to visit CBA. Our youngest was also going into K3 so it was a perfect opportunity to have both of them at the same school and on the same schedule. We were nervous at first, "did we make the right decision?" After just one week, we knew we had made the right decision. CBA felt like home and our girls started thriving and having confidence we'd never seen before. If you're on the fence, leap. You won't regret it!

I have no other words other than we LOVE CBA. Our daughter is thriving. Her teachers are amazing, so caring, and kind. We have constant communication with them about her progress and day-to-day activities. They make an effort to know our daughter individually and us as a family. We would never consider any other school for our children. Our son is on his way to starting soon and sending them anywhere else has never even been a thought. Everyone is amazed at her educational activities and growth. She begs to go to school. It's an amazing place.

I have children at the Pre-K and Middle School levels at CBA. We love the school and highly recommend it. The school teaches independent thinking as well as presentation skills and successful group work strategies. The CBA parent community and staff have been welcoming of us as a newer family, and my older child quickly found a friend group in which he feels accepted. I am excited to see what the next few years bring!

I have a preschooler and an elementary-aged student at CBA. I could not be more thrilled to be part of this school. The teachers care deeply for their students as shown by home visits before the start of school, welcoming my kids into the classroom each day, and taking time to understand where they are academically, socially, and emotionally. The school offers strong communication so I feel involved as a parent even when I`m not there during the day. The project-based learning allows my kids to deeply integrate the content they learn. Additionally, the culture of the student body promotes a safe and positive learning environment for my children. It is such a joy to have my kids excited about going to school and I am so thankful for CBA.

Our children are in elementary and middle school at CBA. We made the transition in July and are 7 months into our CBA experience. We couldn`t be happier with our decision to change schools. The kids had both attended a very nice neighborhood elementary school before Covid, but a year of homeschooling opened our eyes to the education possibilities beyond public school. We toured several schools but the beauty of the campus and the fresh approach to learning, along with the experiential opportunities, arts, and focus on collaboration and life skills sold us on CBA. As new parents, we have received excellent support from the faculty and staff. The community here is inviting and friendly. We went from feeling a little overwhelmed and uncertain to really comfortable and feeling "in touch" in just a few months. We both work, and with busy schedules, it could be easy to feel removed from what the kids are doing. However, newsletters, photographs, and first-hand accounts from the kids keep us up to speed. We`ve also found ways to be involved and volunteer, which we appreciate. We have found the teachers approachable and easy to communicate with. Our kids are thriving and absolutely enjoy going to school. We feel this speaks volumes about how much they enjoy learning in their environment and how comfortable they are with their teachers. CBA makes learning fun and interesting! We have truly seen our kids transforming and their imaginations growing. We feel fortunate for this opportunity and look forward to what`s to come in the years ahead.
