  • Child`s Voice was founded in 1996 by a small group of families who wanted a listening and spoken language program for their children with hearing loss. At the time, there were no such programs in the metropolitan area. Families were forced to either relocate to another part of the country or enroll their child in a program that utilized sign language.T
