I had a great experience at CPA. The staff and teachers were really nice and everyone (including students) was respectful. I wasn`t pressured to get work done, they gave me room to do work at my own pace while still holding me accountable. The work was challenging but nothing that was overwhelming. They also have plenty of fun clubs and activities besides just schoolwork. They also have bible and Jesus-oriented classes (New Testament, Old Testament, Church history classes, etc.) that were done well. Overall, great experience.

CPA has been great for my children. The one-on-one time with teachers has been exceptional. The curriculum from freshman year to senior year has prepared my daughter for college.

Unlike traditional schools that have converted to online options, CPA has a robust online program that incorporates one-on-one time with professors and group classroom tutoring time. My son has excelled in his study habits and has loved this style of self-paced learning. I couldn`t be happier with CPA and their instructors.

Hands-down, a fantastic school. I wish we knew it started in 6th grade because we would have started here earlier. The academics were challenging for my accelerated math student. I had weekly communication with my son's teacher. His teacher, Dr. V was very intelligent and patient and we could tell he loves the Lord. He heard our concerns and offered suggestions. We live in Michigan but felt very close to the school. One reason was that my son talked to his teacher for an hour each week. That is more one-on-one attention than any brick & mortar school, I think. We emailed questions as needed and received answers within hours, sometimes sooner. Parents can call the school and talk to a person without getting a run-around. There are daily discussions posted to the students every day. This is another way the kids are pulled together. My son participated in online clubs. The clubs are through Teams and everyone communicated in the clubs. He was in a cooking club, where the kids cooked together every week. That was great! He was also in a chess club and a screenwriter's club. There were regular online Prayer Warrior meetings for the parents to interact with, and some seminars that brought the parents together. We received frequent communication from the school about upcoming events to participate in. For an online school, you feel very connected and it doesn't seem like online. If you're able to find the end-of-the-year Talent Show video, it's one hour but completely entertaining! I love the one towards the end with the smashing pumpkins!

CPA is the perfect school for parents and their children who are looking for an accredited, private, and biblically based school with the flexibility of homeschooling. Our children flourished at CPA because the children`s teacher worked with them individually and each child also has the opportunity throughout the week to ask the teacher for help during office hours. Our daughter enjoyed being part of the different clubs and communicating with other students from around the world. This school was truly an answer to prayer.

Dear parent, Do you want to see the difference in your child's education? Do you want him to be happy from the morning to the end of the day? Do you need him to be creative, able to communicate his ideas and collaborate with others, be motivated self-directed learner, with expectations that promote growth realizing his full potential so that he may have the best chance at being successful with good mental health giving him the ability to manipulate software in an inventive way and become proficient technology user in a safe Christian community. Remember, the important gift you can give to your child is the gift of choice and being able to be creative, understand values and purposes, and achieve a modern education by getting learning that is much deeper and more authentic with room for passion and interest. Quality education is the answer. It doesn't matter where you are living or what pace of learning you have. CALVARY PREPARATORY ACADEMY is the ANSWER, get in touch and you will testify how your experience will look to the end. Thanks.

CPA is an excellent online Christian school. Our son just completed 10th grade, is in his first year with CPA, and is thriving. We are so pleased with his teacher who he connects with face-to-face online weekly, and emails whenever he has a need. He loves to be able to pace himself and shoot for a 3 day weekend ;) He is not the strongest reader, so the aid of audio to read along with was a big motivating factor for us when choosing an online school. I can`t imagine learning Algebra online! But he says the weekly posted walk-thru classes are excellent and he hasn`t skipped a beat. He just graduated 10th grade with a 4.0, which is a higher achievement at a higher standard than in-person locally last year. We can`t say enough positive things about CPA.

My son's first year at CPA has been very rewarding for him. His grades have improved dramatically since he has no distractions from an in-person class. He has found the new testament studies to be helpful in his understanding of Jesus and his commands. Academically it has challenged him and he responded well thanks to the encouragement of the amazing teachers at CPA. Great school, highly recommended.

CPA is a fully functioning school in California and virtually. Communication is quick and to the point. They have a helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to go the extra mile. They are open to making life better, easier and fun for everyone. My daughter is finishing up her freshman year virtually from Kailua, Hawai'i. We've been blessed to be a part of the CPA family this last year and watch her grow in her walk with Christ and maintain A's in all classes. She has an amazing and very patient teacher who is always available to answer our questions no matter the time difference. They have lots of clubs and activities throughout the year to keep all the students (and parents too) involved and social in whatever area. We were excited to see what they would come up with next. We highly recommend CPA for those who would like a Christ-centered environment for their child/ren and appreciates prayer, and the bible, and are not afraid of Jesus' conversations. Thank you, CPA.

Amazing online school! My daughter has attended for 2 years and has grown in her academics beautifully. I also love how Christ-centered the school is. CPA also has an amazing group of parents (The PAC Team). If you are looking for flexibility with your child(s) schedule, yet challenging to prepare them for college, and a great connection with parents, this is the school for you.

CPA is amazing! This is our first year with an online school and CPA didn't disappoint. We were looking for one whose teachers shared our beliefs and allowed interaction among the students. My son loved his teachers and classmates as well as the different special events, clubs and connections this school helped him make.

My daughter had attended a private school and public school prior to attending Calvary Prep for her junior year. She found the curriculum to be more challenging than either of her prior schools. She got a lot of support from her teacher and tutoring when needed. She loved the flexibility and accountability of the online program. She did very well on her ACT and we feel this program has prepared her very well for college and she will continue with Calvary Prep for her senior year. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for an online Christian program.

My son has been homeschooled since Kindergarten. The fall of 2019, my son David took three tenth grade classes; Literature, Spanis 1 and Geometry at Calvary Prep Academy. David thrived in the classes and loved the curriculum. He enjoyed his teachers as well. David stated, " Mrs. Arriaga teaches with kindness and compassion and explains things well. I look forward to our weekly meetings as she is positive and encouraging. Mr. Richie is an intelligent, humorous teacher who genuinely cares for me and always asks how I am doing in school. I love Calvary Prep Academy and am excited to take classes in the fall." My husband and I are very happy that David loves Calvary Prep and feel that the classes offered will help him in his aspirations to be a Marine Biologist. Most of all, we are thankful that the teachers are Christians and good examples for David. The Bible says, " a student will become like his/her teacher.

Our children have done very well with the structured environment at Calvary Online. They transitioned from a very structured Japanese educational system to an English online system. The structured approach and helpful advice from their teachers has been a perfect match.

My daughter took both semesters of Spanish 2 last summer online and loved it! The teacher was fantastic! Their interaction via video chat was very helpful and always positive. I am very happy with the content that was taught in such a short amount of time (8 weeks).
