- Bozeman Field School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization offering a college- and life-preparatory curriculum built on place-based learning and immersive, experiential coursework. In addition to rigorous academic courses, students choose from a variety of community-based electives and internships, and participate in four week-long overnight expeditions within the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Our mission is to foster intellectual inquiry, emotional resilience, and generosity of heart that guide each student on his or her path to purpose. Founded in 2017, Bozeman Field School is the Gallatin Valley's only secular independent high school.
