Notes for Prospective Students

Application Process: Completed and signed application form. $150 application fee. English Teacher, Math Teacher, and Advisor/Counselor Recommendation Forms. School transcripts, report cards from the past 2 years. Group and individual testing completed by previous school. Current 504 plan, IEP, or Learning Plan if applicable. Copies of current evaluation reports: The complete report must be submitted and include o WISC IV (Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children) or WAIS IV administered within the past 3 years including all subtest scores o Measure of Achievement. Letter of recommendation from other providers (learning specialists, tutors, therapists, or other providers), may be included, but are not required. Following completion of step one, applicants will be contacted by the Wolcott School admissions office regarding next steps. Applicants and parent(s)/guardian(s) will be invited to interview with the Head of School and Director of Admissions.
