We are entering our 3rd year at the Batt School and absolutely love it! Our son is happy going to school and enjoys learning there. He is getting an amazing, personalized education from incredibly smart and kind people. The teachers care so much about each of their students and go out of their way to make learning fun. We are blown away by how much our son has learned at this school! My two favorite things about the Batt School the art program is amazing! Our son has art (2D and 3D) at least once each day- sometimes twice. The artwork he brings home is incredible.2.The communication between the school and parents is exceptional. There is an online portal that you log into each day to see a summary of every class. Each teacher writes a short paragraph detailing what they accomplished during class, what they worked on, struggles the child had or things that went exceptionally well. Without having to ask or beg your child for information, you know all of the highlights going on in each subject, every single day! I sometimes get emails from the teachers when there is something they want to discuss in more detail. It is not uncommon to get a random phone call from the head of school to tell you something great that happened during the day. At school pickup time, teachers and administrative staff often come out to the cars to say hello and chat. The staff works very hard to make sure that things are going well for each student, and when they're not, they make changes. We are confident that our child is getting the best education possible and highly recommend the Batt School!
