Great school! I just graduated an 8th grader and I have a soon to be 6th grader and 3rd grader. The school teaches all students to be respectful and provides an excellent education. There are changes at times, as at all schools, but this school is resilient and always comes through for the students.

We moved to St. Scholastica from public school about 5/6 years ago when my son was entering 4th grade. It was the best decision we've ever made. I was a little worried at first, since he was coming in with a 504 plan. The school and staff were amazed at meeting his needs. We have since enrolled 2 more children, both starting from kindergarten. When we switched schools, we live about 2 miles from St. Scholastica. We have since moved 22 miles away, and still make the drive every day. We won't talk about how terrible I55 is in the morning(especially the winter) -. We have played around with the idea of switching back to save on money and gas since we`re so far away now, but we just can`t leave. The small classrooms, the education, the family like/ home feel, the staff, the role models, the influences of the staff and classmates - there are so many reasons why we take the long drive and keep our kids at St. Scholastica, but I'd be here typing for hours:) My son has graduated 8th grade this past year and will be entering high school in the fall. Our daughters will once again be staying at StS, entering 5th and 2nd grade and we couldn`t be more excited to see how life and school is for the 2021/2022 school year.
