St. Michaels is one of the best grade 7-12 schools in New Mexico. It is clearly the best for the buck anywhere.Great teachers, high parental involvement and wonderful athletic programs. We sent our Grandson here for a reason. He graduated from New York University last year with a degree in Economics and minors in Math and History. He was well prepared for College and is now prepared for life.Saint Michaels offers Catholicism but it is not imposed on the student. If you want to send your child to a real school in the real world,we highly recommend this one.

I have come to know St. Michael's High School to be a special place where the young men and women represent themselves and their faith as inspired leaders of tomorrow. The respect they have for one another and the engagement they have with the world around them is obvious and contagious. The faculty and administration care about every aspect of a student's life and the importance of the individual. Getting to now St. Michael's High School you quickly see how it has earned an outstanding reputation for changing lives and why it is a meaningful part of the Santa Fe community.

My experience at St. Mike's was great. I learned the value of education, faith, and community. The school does a great job acknowledging academic and athletic/extracurricular activities.

I''ve had two children attend St. Michael's. While it's not a perfect school, St. Mike's thrives in several areas. Extracurricular activities are one of them. If you child is interested in sports at all, this is THE school to go to. Academics have been very strong in some areas and average in others, although the stats are impressive: 99% of students graduate, 99% go to college, and of the 99% that go to college, 90% attend 4 year schools. I want my kids to be challenged academically, be safe physically and mentally, and expected to graduate and go on to college. They''ve received ALL of those things at St. Mike's. They do have a random drug testing policy for all students which I wasn't a fan of at first, but now it's opened the dialogue in our house much more. It helped.

Not an inclusive community. St. Michael's High School actively excluded parents from a decision about the mandatory, suspicionless drug testing program at the school.
