Notes for Prospective Students

Thank you for your interest in St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic School. Our Admissions process begins every February for the following school year. Applications are on a first come first serve basis but please fill out the form below so that you may be placed on the contact waitlist for Open House and Application announcements. Requirements include, Birth Certificate, Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form 680 & Form 3040), copy of Baptismal or First Holy Communion Certificates, K-8 copies of last two years of reports cards and standardized test scores.
