Notes for Prospective Students

We welcome families to apply for Pre-3 through 8th grade throughout the year. Students of all races and ethnic backgrounds are welcome. The enrollment process begins January 1st in the school year prior to enrollment; however, students may enroll at SJ23 on an ongoing basis. - Children enrolling in Preschool (Pre-3) must be three years old and may not enroll after the start of the third trimester unless new to the school district. - Children entering Prekindergarten (K4) must be four years old on September 1 of the school year for which enrolling. - Students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade may transfer to SJ23 at any time of the school year, space permitting. STEP ONE: TOUR OR SCHEDULE A SHADOW DAY Contact Us at any time for more information or to schedule a tour. You can also explore SJ23 through our 3D Virtual Tour. Let us know a time that works best with your schedule and you can come in for a visit with your family and/or child(ren). A "Shadow Day" is a great way for your child(ren) to meet future classmates and see what SJ23 is all about! STEP TWO: SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT To enroll, each of the below items should be completed and turned into the School Office: SJ23 2022-23 Tuition Contract A $200.00 non-refundable application fee (applied toward tuition) New Student Profile & New Family Enrollment A copy of the student`s birth certificate A copy of the student`s baptismal certificate (if applicable) Immunization Record Set up a FACTS account
