Notes for Prospective Students

St. Helena-Incarnation Catholic School provides a high-quality, safe, Catholic education in Philadelphia. We welcome students of all faiths, and from any location from across the city. As an independent Catholic school, you do not need to be a member of the parish to become a part of our school family. We accept applications for Grades Pre-K to 8 at any time of the school year. For your initial admissions meeting, for each student you should bring: -A birth certificate. -Full student immunization record from doctor. -Most recent report card (if available). -Student`s IEP (if needed). To attend school for the current school year, students must be the following ages by September 1st : -Pre-K 3 students should be 3-years-old. -Pre-K 4 students should be 4-years-old. -Kindergarten students should be 5-years-old. Older students are encouraged to visit the school. Families can tour the school during an Open House, or contact Ms.Natalie West, our Admissions Director at 215-549-2947, to schedule a private tour.
