We became involved in the parish in 2021 when we moved to the neighborhood and my son started in the full-time PK-3 program in the Fall of 2022. Leading up to his enrollment, everyone talked about how wonderful the community was, and every parent I spoke to only had incredible things to say about the school. It was all true! The staff, teachers, parents, and parish could not be more welcoming or kind. The PK 3 and 4 teachers have been wonderful, and our son has blossomed and started showing leadership skills/accountability from various classroom activities like weekly "jobs" (greeter, weather patrol, line leader, etc.). We love the anchor buddy program and the cross-grade exposure it creates. They enrichment programs (after school) offered cater to all interest levels and ages, all of which my son has really enjoyed (gymnastics, pet shop, Marvel heroes, etc.) We are extremely lucky to be part of such a special school and look forward to sending our youngest there in the Fall. I am proud to be a Saint Clement parent.

St. Clement Catholic School has been a blessing for my 5th and 7th graders over the past three years. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed into this amazing community. One of the standout aspects of St. Clement's is undoubtedly its incredible community. The sense of togetherness and support within this school is second to none. From the faculty and staff to the parents and fellow students, it truly feels like a family. Being new to Chicago, as well as the school, this welcoming atmosphere made the transition into this school seamless for my children, and it has fostered a sense of belonging that is invaluable to their educational journey. One recent highlight that we absolutely love about St. Clement's is the addition of new academic clubs. These clubs provide students with a wide variety of opportunities to explore their passions and interests. These clubs have allowed my 7th grader to further develop his entrepreneurial skills and knowledge beyond the regular curriculum. Not only are these clubs educational, but they also serve as platforms for students to socialize and collaborate with their peers who share similar interests. Another noteworthy aspect of St. Clement's is the great class sizes. With an ideal teacher-to-student ratio, every child receives the individualized attention they need to thrive academically. This personalized approach ensures that no student gets left behind and that each child's unique strengths and weaknesses are addressed effectively. The teachers at St. Clement's truly go above and beyond to ensure that every student is given the support they need to succeed. Overall, our experience at St. Clement Catholic School has been exceptional. It is a place where educational excellence meets genuine care and belonging. We feel incredibly grateful to be a part of this remarkable school and highly recommend it to any parents seeking a school that prioritizes both academic growth and personal development.

As my daughter prepares to graduate from Saint Ignatius College Prep, I am reflecting on her education and am so very grateful for the tremendous foundation she received at Saint Clement School. Not only was she extremely prepared for the rigors of a challenging high school curriculum, but she was also prepared to be a leader and an articulate speaker. She thrived socially/emotionally and the faculty and community were both wonderful. As I saw in another review, it is cool to be smart at Saint Clement! It is also cool to be faithful & kind! Lots of available extracurriculars, including sports and fine arts. It is a very happy place and our family has very fond memories of our time there.

It's our first year at Saint Clement and we couldn't be happier with our decision to join this amazing community. From parent involvement and engagement to the positivity radiating from the school's teachers and staff, we have been impressed from day one. Our kids love being at school with their friends and teachers - they look forward to library days, enrichment programs, play dates with classmates, and even wave hello whenever they see their teachers at restaurants around the neighborhood. We are the first of our friends with kids in Chicago and have genuinely endorsed Saint Clement to everyone!

We love St. Clement School and the St. Clement community! We have been members of the parish since before our children were born. We always wanted our children to attend St. Clement and were so happy they were accepted. We chose St. Clement because of the excellent curriculum, talented faculty, and close-knit community. In addition, it is a very good feeder school for St. Ignatius High School, where we plan to send our kids. Our children each began when they were 3 years old / PreK3. St. Clement is largely why we chose to stay in the city despite the pandemic and increased crime. Our children love St. Clement School, their teachers, and their friends. If was not for St. Clement, I would have gotten fed up with the city's handling of the pandemic and crime and moved to the suburbs. Our relationship with the school has kept us in the city. We feel so safe having our children attend St. Clement. They have a beautiful, partially enclosed rooftop playground the kids love going to for outdoor recess. They offer several specials with outstanding faculty: Spanish, Art, Music, STEAM, Library, Gym, and more. The children's concerts and performances are adorable. The school musical this year was amazing, showcasing everyone's talent. I'm less familiar with sports since my children are in the lower grades. The school has an amazing child-first team and a positive discipline expert. They offer several programs for parents to get to know each other and how strengthen their relationships with their children. The school is led by a phenomenal, dedicated principal Ms. Fink and Father Peter, who are always looking for new ways to take the school to the next level. The school received the prestigious US Department of Education Blue Ribbon Schools award in 2020. The school and the St. Clement Parent Association (SCPA) excel at making new and existing families feel included, fostering a sense of community. The school plans large as well as grade-specific welcome events for families and parents, and parent leaders organize parent nights out. They have a variety of fun events throughout the year. There are multiple opportunities for parents to get involved and volunteers, such as at Anchor Day lunches, festivals, and more.

We love Saint Clement! We have been a school family there since 2015 and couldn`t be happier. We have two children, one in middle school. We can`t say enough about the amazing teachers and how dedicated they are to their students. Everyone on staff is friendly, engaging, and always more than willing to lend a hand. We also love the support services they offer in addition to classroom instruction - reading support, math support, enrichment classes, school counselor, etc. Saint Clement not only offers high-quality, well-rounded education but also fosters the development of its students` social-emotional skills and relationships. We highly recommend it!

We switched our kids here because we were unhappy with the public schools. The Principal is new, and she is on top of everything. The kids' well-being is a priority in this school which is nice. Saint Clement School provides the perfect combination of academic excellence in a faith-based environment. Saint Clement not only offers a diverse array of academic, artistic, and athletic opportunities but they reinforce the values and beliefs we teach at home. Saint Clement prepares the students to be leaders in the community and for high school. Graduates of Saint Clement consistently go on to excel in high school, college, and beyond.

St. Clement has greatly exceeded my expectations. It is an amazing school. The teachers are so enthusiastic and dedicated. They truly care about every child. My two children both love their teachers and the school. The level of communication is terrific, and the administration is highly competent and caring. In addition to strong academics, the school offers great steam, music, art, Spanish, and PE programs. Public speaking begins in kindergarten and continues through 8th grade. The school community is excellent, and you are made to feel a part of the community right away. There is a strong bond between the parish and school offering many growth opportunities for students to learn empathy and volunteer in a range of services including making homeless lunches, food baskets for Thanksgiving, providing reading books to lower income schools, and supporting monthly charities through class sponsored Anchor days. It has a neighborhood feel in that many of the students live close by or in surrounding neighborhoods, so it is easy for friendships to develop. Great importance is put on growing not only the minds of the children but also in shaping their character and spirit. We could not be happier.

Saint Clement is an excellent school. We have been parents in the school for nearly ten years, and we currently have two children attending. Every single teacher that we have encountered over our many years at Saint Clement has been excellent in all ways that we can imagine: highly effective and professional educators; proactive and responsive partners with the parents; keepers of an ideal learning environment; fun people to share our children with; warm, approachable, and caring individuals who ensure that all children feel safe and supported. Before we had children in the school, we attended an open house and were amazed at the older students who greeted us and spoke to us: intelligent, confident, mature, enthusiastic, open, well-spoken, self-motivated, and high-performing. Since we`ve been in the school, we also know the students to be far above average in the areas of caring and kindness, too. The school is very strong academically, while also flexible in meeting students where they are and giving most of them the support that they need. It is my understanding that in the end, most Saint Clement students are accepted at the high school of their choice and are well prepared for the next step. Without using bullet points, here are a few other thoughts: It`s a very safe and secure environment. Disciplinary matters are handled reasonably and effectively. Parent concerns are heard and addressed. Teachers and administrators communicate often and well, and also make themselves readily available. Volunteering is frequent and widespread. Parents are friendly, open, social, and positive. Families are generally happy. It`s cool to be smart. The kids love it there.
